Technical Analysis Library
Technical analysis library with indicators like ADX, MACD, RSI, Stochastic, TRIX... This is not an end-user GUI trading or charting application. It is instead targeted to application developers using either Excel, .NET, Mono, Java, Perl, Python or C/C++.
This is a hash table, implemented in C, supporting constant-time add/find/remove of C structures. Any structure having a unique, arbitrarily-typed key member can be hashed by adding a UT_hash_handle member to the structure and calling these macros.
A bignum library written in the C++ programming language as templates. It provides standard mathematical operations like add, sub, mul, div, pow etc. with the big integer and big floating point numbers.

CDS (Concurrent Data Structures) is a C++ template library of lock-free and fine-grained lock-based algorithms. basE91 is an advanced method for encoding binary data as ASCII characters. It is similar to UUencode or base64, but is more efficient. The overhead produced by basE91 depends on the input data. It amounts at most to 23% and can range down to 14%.

The Modular toolkit for Data Processing (MDP) is a Python data processing framework. From the user's perspective, MDP is a collection of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms and other data processing units that can be combined into data processing sequences and more complex feed-forward network architectures. From the scientific developer's perspective, MDP is a modular framework, which can easily be expanded. The implementation of new algorithms is easy and intuitive. The new implemented units are then automatically integrated with the rest of the library. The base of available algorithms is steadily increasing and includes signal processing methods (Principal Component Analysis, Independent Component Analysis, Slow Feature Analysis), manifold learning methods ([Hessian] Locally Linear Embedding), several classifiers, probabilistic methods (Factor Analysis, RBM), data pre-processing methods, and many others.

BudgetedSVM: A C++ Toolbox for Large-scale, Non-linear Classification
We present BudgetedSVM, a C++ toolbox containing highly optimized implementations of three recently proposed algorithms for scalable training of Support Vector Machine (SVM) approximators: Adaptive Multi-hyperplane Machines (AMM), Budgeted Stochastic Gradient Descent (BSGD), and Low-rank Linearization SVM (LLSVM). BudgetedSVM trains models with accuracy comparable to LibSVM in time comparable to LibLinear, as it allows solving highly non-linear classification problems with millions of high-dimensional examples within minutes on a regular personal computer. We provide command-line and Matlab interfaces to BudgetedSVM, efficient API for handling large-scale, high-dimensional data sets, as well as detailed documentation to help developers use and further extend the toolbox.
