This is a hash table, implemented in C, supporting constant-time add/find/remove of C structures. Any structure having a unique, arbitrarily-typed key member can be hashed by adding a UT_hash_handle member to the structure and calling these macros.
A bignum library written in the C++ programming language as templates. It provides standard mathematical operations like add, sub, mul, div, pow etc. with the big integer and big floating point numbers.
Concurrent Data Structure library
CDS (Concurrent Data Structures) is a C++ template library of lock-free and fine-grained lock-based algorithms. It contains a collection of concurrent data structures: queues, stacks, sets, maps, etc, and safe memory reclamation schema for concurrent containers - Hazard Pointer and user-space RCU. See doxygen doc http://libcds.sourceforge.net/doc/cds-api/index.html. The source code repo for libcds 2.x has been moved to https://github.com/khizmax/libcds
basE91 is an advanced method for encoding binary data as ASCII characters. It is similar to UUencode or base64, but is more efficient. The overhead produced by basE91 depends on the input data. It amounts at most to 23% and can range down to 14%.
simulated annealing optimization and importance-sampling
Adaptive Simulated Annealing (ASA) is a C-language code that finds the best global fit of a nonlinear cost-function over a D-dimensional space. ASA has over 100 OPTIONS to provide robust tuning over many classes of nonlinear stochastic systems.

Implementation of duration high-order hidden Markov model (DHO-HMM) in Matlab with application in speech recognition.
Tpl makes it easy to serialize your C data using just a handful of API functions. The data is stored in its native binary form for maximum efficiency. C, Perl and XML supported. Data is portable across CPU types and OS's from Unix to Mac to Windows.
The Data Structure & Algorithm Library (DSAL) is a library of classical data structure and algorithm.
libconhash is a consistent hashing libraray, which can be compiled both on Windows and Linux platform. High performance, easy to use, and easy to scale according to node's processing capacity.
An electronic draft edition of the book "The Practice of Parallel Programming" and examples from both draft and printed editions. Download or read from the web, The printed edition is corrected and improved, however the online draft edition gives a good idea of what the book is about.
dimensionality-recursive vector quantization
drvq is a C++ library implementation of dimensionality-recursive vector quantization, a fast vector quantization method in high-dimensional Euclidean spaces under arbitrary data distributions. It is an approximation of k-means that is practically constant in data size and applies to arbitrarily high dimensions but can only scale to a few thousands of centroids. As a by-product of training, a tree structure performs either exact or approximate quantization on trained centroids, the latter being not very precise but extremely fast. A detailed README file describes the usage of the software, including license, requirements, installation, file formats, sample data, tools, and options. With the sample data provided and the default options, it is possible to test the code immediately as a demo. DRVQ has a 2-clause BSD license. Please refer to the DRVQ software home page, the research project, or the original publication for more information. The latest code is available at github.
GLARE is a library and a software for product based optimization of reagent lists in the context of a chemical combinatorial library design. Large virtual combinatorial libraries containing 10^12 products have been optimized within a second.
ARMR provides a foundation for creating an efficient in-memory database. Its unique list processing structures simplify programming logic and allow the developer to rapidly sort, group, and select data. Give your app a hypercard like capability.
Algorism is a repository of implementation of all frequently used algorithms in C/C++

There are few programs that do not use a tree data structure. The C++ standard library, however, does not provide a low-level tree-container. The goal of our project is to write, document and test a generic tree-library and popular tree algorithms.
