    Libcutils provides a self-contained set of fundamental routines which are essential to basically any Unix utility or daemon application written in C. The library provides fundamental data structures such as lists, hash-maps, strings and parsing functions for JSON or the typical dot-file based configuration data. The following list summarizes the currently supported functionality: * length delimited instead of NULL terminated strings * memory management based on reference counting * several list processing functions like iterators and map-reduce * support of [Ideal Hash Tries](http://infoscience.epfl.ch/record/64398/files/idealhashtrees.pdf) for highly efficient hash map data structures * parsers for [JSON](http://json.org) data and the text configuration files found in Unix system * doubly linked circular lists for reliable event queues * support for test and debugging of memory management problems such as memory leaks

    glint is a tool facilitating you in development of state-oriented control entities which supposed to be used in very broad areas of programming (e.g. state-oriented network protocols). glint saves you from pondering how your finite state machine should be organized, how many states it should have and what they should mean. You just tell glint how you would like your control entity to operate and glint returns to you the synthesised magic black box which implements the desired logic.     Membrane Computing is a new research area (within Natural Computing) that aims to provide computing devices abstracted from the functioning and structure of living cells. These devices are called P systems. The objective of this project (PMCGPU) is to bring together all the researchers working on the development of parallel simulators for P systems, specially those using the GPU (e.g. CUDA, OpenCL, etc). Other parallel platforms are also welcome (multicore and manycore, FPGAs, etc). This project has been initiated by the Research Group on Natural Computing (Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, University of Seville). PMCGPU was born inside the P-Lingua project, of the same research group. PMCGPU is a GNU project, so all the applications developed within it are released under the GPLv3 license.     A Deformable Medical Image Registration Toolbox

    DRAMMS is a software package designed for 2D-to-2D and 3D-to-3D deformable medical image registration tasks. Released by Section of Biomedical Image Analysis (SBIA) at the University of Pennsylvania. Some typical applications of DRAMMS include, -- Cross-subject registration of the same organ (can be brain, breast, cardiac, etc); -- Mono- and Multi-modality registration (MRI, CT, histology); -- Longitudinal registration (pediatric brain growth, cancer development, mouse brain development, etc); -- Registration under missing correspondences (e.g., vascular lesions, tumors, histological cuts). DRAMMS runs in command line in UNIX/Mac OS, It accepts Nifti/ANALYZE/MetaImage image formats. It is fully-automatic --- takes two input images, and generates a registered image and (optionally) the deformation field.
