Some Useful C-Utilities
Libcutils provides a self-contained set of fundamental routines which are essential to basically any Unix utility or daemon application written in C. The library provides fundamental data structures such as lists, hash-maps, strings and parsing functions for JSON or the typical dot-file based configuration data. The following list summarizes the currently supported functionality: * length delimited instead of NULL terminated strings * memory management based on reference counting * several list processing functions like iterators and map-reduce * support of [Ideal Hash Tries](http://infoscience.epfl.ch/record/64398/files/idealhashtrees.pdf) for highly efficient hash map data structures * parsers for [JSON](http://json.org) data and the text configuration files found in Unix system * doubly linked circular lists for reliable event queues * support for test and debugging of memory management problems such as memory leaks
AS511 communication driver
This AS511 driver use functions from the Siemens S5 PLC to modify, observe and watch the PLC software. The functions are running on some CPUs. The functions are only tested on PLC 100U CPU 103. Be careful to use the Software. This software can destroy machines and kill human if you are non careful. Please let me know, if you find a bug.
A tool for finite state machine analysis and synthesis.
glint is a tool facilitating you in development of state-oriented control entities which supposed to be used in very broad areas of programming (e.g. state-oriented network protocols). glint saves you from pondering how your finite state machine should be organized, how many states it should have and what they should mean. You just tell glint how you would like your control entity to operate and glint returns to you the synthesised magic black box which implements the desired logic. Also glint can tell you in regexp style which event sequences your FSM can handle and which are forbidden for it.
LAITOR is a text mining software developed to find co-occurrence of biological entities (gene/protein terms) together with biointeractions and concepts term from customized dictionaries.
Dijkstra Algorithm is a graph search algorithm to find the shortest paths from a single source vertex to all other vertices in a weighted, directed graph. All weights must be nonnegative. This algorithm is often used in routing modules.
Parallel simulators for Membrane Computing on the GPU
Membrane Computing is a new research area (within Natural Computing) that aims to provide computing devices abstracted from the functioning and structure of living cells. These devices are called P systems. The objective of this project (PMCGPU) is to bring together all the researchers working on the development of parallel simulators for P systems, specially those using the GPU (e.g. CUDA, OpenCL, etc). Other parallel platforms are also welcome (multicore and manycore, FPGAs, etc). This project has been initiated by the Research Group on Natural Computing (Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, University of Seville). PMCGPU was born inside the P-Lingua project, of the same research group. PMCGPU is a GNU project, so all the applications developed within it are released under the GPLv3 license. Just contact us if you want to participate. Please, visit the Wiki of the project for further information.
An Embedded C++ Domain-Specific Language
SPar is an internal C++ Domain-Specific Language (DSL) suitable to model and implement classical stream parallel patterns. The DSL uses standard C++ attributes to introduce annotations tagging the notable components of stream parallel applications: stream sources and stream processing stages. Latest version can be downloaded from the SVN using the following command: svn checkout svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/spar-dsl-compiler/svn/ spar
PC based Autonomous Target Shooting Robot(ATSR)
Data Compression is one of the most renowned field where lot of research has been carried, to compress data in numerous ways. Huffman compression is a lossless compression. This project implements huffman's algorithm to compress the data.
General purpose binary and multiway tree library for Max OS X Cocoa.
A Deformable Medical Image Registration Toolbox
DRAMMS is a software package designed for 2D-to-2D and 3D-to-3D deformable medical image registration tasks. Released by Section of Biomedical Image Analysis (SBIA) at the University of Pennsylvania. Some typical applications of DRAMMS include, -- Cross-subject registration of the same organ (can be brain, breast, cardiac, etc); -- Mono- and Multi-modality registration (MRI, CT, histology); -- Longitudinal registration (pediatric brain growth, cancer development, mouse brain development, etc); -- Registration under missing correspondences (e.g., vascular lesions, tumors, histological cuts). DRAMMS runs in command line in UNIX/Mac OS, It accepts Nifti/ANALYZE/MetaImage image formats. It is fully-automatic --- takes two input images, and generates a registered image and (optionally) the deformation field. More information (installation, tutorial, manual, demonstration, FAQ, etc) can be found at http://www.rad.upenn.edu/sbia/software/dramms/ .
This site hosts the source code for C++ version of the Broker for SBW, NOM module, advanced simulation suite, analysis applications and model editors.
Beamforming and Speech Recognition Toolkit
BTK contains C++ and Python libraries that implement speech processing and microphone array techniques such as speech feature extraction, speech enhancement, speaker tracking, beamforming, dereverberation and echo cancellation algorithms. The Millennium ASR provides C++ and python libraries for automatic speech recognition. The Millennium ASR implements a weighted finite state transducer (WFST) decoder, training and adaptation methods. These toolkits are meant for facilitating research and development of automatic distant speech recognition.
A multi-purpose extensible self-adaptive evolutionary algorithm
MicroGP (uGP) is a versatile optimizer able to outperform both human experts and conventional heuristics in finding the optimal solution of hard problems. It is an evolutionary algorithm since it mimics some principles of the Neo-Darwinian paradigm.
Linear algebra and solver library using CUDA, OpenCL, and OpenMP
ViennaCL provides high level C++ interfaces for linear algebra routines on CPUs and GPUs using CUDA, OpenCL, and OpenMP. The focus is on generic implementations of iterative solvers often used for large linear systems and simple integration into existing projects.
Sentient Autonomous Mind
Our Goal is to create an Artificial intelligence program based on artificial neural networks that can see, hear and think. We hope to use three neural networks, two smaller ones, and one larger one. The two smaller ones will handle sight and sound and there outputs will input into a third larger one that will handle speech, thought, and mouse and keyboards inputs. The thought output will output back into the main network. This will be combined with the unity desktop environment to allow the AI to act just like a user using a computer. It is going to be a difficult project, but we believe it is possible. If you would like to help you can join this project's Google+ community at https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/116275090606789283940.

Let P be a 2D point expressed in a plane area defined by four 2D points A,B,C,D. The aim of our C++ class is to express the coordinates of P in order to match when A,B,C,D is rectified as a rectangle. A demo application shows the use of the C++ class.
