Concurrent Data Structure library
CDS (Concurrent Data Structures) is a C++ template library of lock-free and fine-grained lock-based algorithms. It contains a collection of concurrent data structures: queues, stacks, sets, maps, etc, and safe memory reclamation schema for concurrent containers - Hazard Pointer and user-space RCU. See doxygen doc http://libcds.sourceforge.net/doc/cds-api/index.html. The source code repo for libcds 2.x has been moved to https://github.com/khizmax/libcds
This site hosts the source code for C++ version of the Broker for SBW, NOM module, advanced simulation suite, analysis applications and model editors.
simulated annealing optimization and importance-sampling
Adaptive Simulated Annealing (ASA) is a C-language code that finds the best global fit of a nonlinear cost-function over a D-dimensional space. ASA has over 100 OPTIONS to provide robust tuning over many classes of nonlinear stochastic systems.
Axiom is a computer algebra system. It consists of an interpreter, a compiler and a library of algorithms. Axiom is an excellent research platform as well as a useful tool for scientific programming.
pgapack, the parallel genetic algorithm library is a powerfull genetic algorithm library by D. Levine, Mathematics and Computer Science Division Argonne National Laboratory. The library is written in C. PGAPy wraps this library for use with Python.
Ben(Zai)Ten is a graphical modeling environment for computational and systems biology. It supports the community exchange standards: SBML, SBRML, SED-ML as well as ontologies: MIRIAM, SBO, ChEBI, KEGG, GO
Linear constraint feasibility check and get program.
This program aims to check and gain a inner point from multiple set of linear constraints. This software works better in the case that range of variables are known and parameters are configured so. C++ and Eigen library needed, and to calculate more accurate, we may need mpfr++ library or, QD library. Freezed.
This project hosts a library and tools for sharing simulation experiments encoded using SED-ML.
MLPACK is a C++ machine learning library with emphasis on scalability, speed, and ease-of-use. Its aim is to make machine learning possible for novice users by means of a simple, consistent API, while simultaneously exploiting C++ language features to provide maximum performance and flexibility for expert users. For more information, see http://mlpack.org
