  • Searching for Affordable Business Phone Service? Searching for Affordable Business Phone Service? Icon
Searching for Affordable Business Phone Service? Icon

If you're on the hunt for business phone service that is reliable and budget-friendly, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is your answer.

Today's small-to-medium-sized (SMB) businesses and large enterprises are saving on their monthly communications costs by making one simple decision: to switch to a VoIP service solution from their old, outdated Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS). By choosing a new VoIP service, these companies enjoy the flexibility, reliability, call features, and audio quality that only a VoIP service can provide. Plus, they cut their phone bill by up to 70%!

  • Approximate Subgraph Matching Algorithm

Approximate Subgraph Matching Algorithm for Dependency Graphs

The subgraph matching problem (subgraph isomorphism) is NP-complete. Previously, we designed an exact subgraph matching (ESM) algorithm for dependency graphs using a backtracking approach (http://esmalgorithm.sourceforge.net). We further designed an approximate subgraph matching (ASM) algorithm that is capable of detecting approximate subgraph matching based on a subgraph distance. Assume that the graph G and the subgraph Gs have m and n vertices, and km and kn edges respectively, the total worst-case algorithm complexity is O(m^n * n(n-1)/2 * km * log m). This Java implementation implements our ASM algorithm. See README file: https://sourceforge.net/projects/asmalgorithm/files/ If you use our ASM implementation to support academic research, please cite the following paper: Haibin Liu, Lawrence Hunter, Vlado Keselj, and Karin Verspoor. • Bat2015 Icon

    Bat2015

    Bachelor of Science (Informatik)

The toolkit glpk supports methods for mixed integer linear programming (MILP). These methods solve Capital Budgeting Problems (CBP). Unfortunately, glpk does not support any multithreading and there is no feature to distribute problems via network connections. Today, this is a pitiable sight, because modern computer systems are coupled by networks and support multi threading. We create a distributed system with Apache thrift and the C-API of glpk. Now, it is possible to use as many cores in a network as you want. With a focus on the MILP methods we implement a load balancing and speed up the solving process in a multiplicative way. Sometimes we have super-linear speedup with a small set of hardware. With a splitting of problems, parallel computing and distributing the actual best solution to all running processes we solve CBP much faster than a sequential processing can do.
