Technical Analysis Library
Technical analysis library with indicators like ADX, MACD, RSI, Stochastic, TRIX... This is not an end-user GUI trading or charting application. It is instead targeted to application developers using either Excel, .NET, Mono, Java, Perl, Python or C/C++.
C++, Matlab and Python library for Hidden-state Conditional Random Fields. Implements 3 algorithms: LDCRF, HCRF and CRF. For Windows and Linux, 32- and 64-bits. Optimized for multi-threading. Works with sparse or dense input features.
Beamforming and Speech Recognition Toolkit
BTK contains C++ and Python libraries that implement speech processing and microphone array techniques such as speech feature extraction, speech enhancement, speaker tracking, beamforming, dereverberation and echo cancellation algorithms. The Millennium ASR provides C++ and python libraries for automatic speech recognition. The Millennium ASR implements a weighted finite state transducer (WFST) decoder, training and adaptation methods. These toolkits are meant for facilitating research and development of automatic distant speech recognition.
The NUMIPAD library implements several methods/algorithms to solve inverse problems and adaptive decomposition (i.e. Tikhonov regularization, Total Variation, Basis Pursuit, etc.)
Classic & Modern Cryptography tools
Cryptography Tools is a project to develop demonstration tools on classic (currently Caesar and Playfair) & modern crypto-systems, including private & public key encryptions, digital signatures, cryptographic hashes and authenticated encryption.
"Blue Planet" is a research project simulating the behaviour and darwinian evolution of unicellular lifeforms, each controlled by its own genetic program. Moreover, "Blue Planet Inhabitants" are suited for swarm intelligence and swarm research.
HDRFlow is a framework to process high-dynamic range (HDR) and RAW images. It's written in C++, and is both cross-platform and hardware accelerated on modern GPUs.
Iterative implementation for finding shortest distance using kd trees
Iterative implementation of an algorithm for finding the shortest distance between two points using kd trees for further implementation in hardware.
LASS : Library of Assembled Shared Source. Library of C++ code for scientific purposes.
The LisBON Framework is an adaptable framework for developing new parallel Memetic Algorithms (hybrid search algorithms for efficiently solving optimisation problems).
OTK++ is a nonlinear constrained/unconstrained optimization library written in C++. Several simplex, conjugate gradient and BFGS algorithms are implemented. It also has Python- and Qt-based interfaces for testing and comparing different algorithms.
PixLab is a peculiar raster-based graphic editor giving one more additional drawing aspect to an artist. Not only traditional elements of painting, such as color and shape, but also artist's brush dynamics is fixed and displayed.
PyLife is an implementation of the game of life algorithm featuring parallel programming. It uses MPI and python to achieve a consistent software architecture and reliably performance.

Creates and operates a stepped state machine
Implements a stepped state machine, i.e. a state machine which executes a single state transition at a time. Because of this, no data, e.g. state data, can be stored between executions. Instead, any such data must be stored in persistent storage between executions. This permits operation of the state machine as a CGI program in a web server. A WSGI or fastCGI or other such web server is not required. Received symbols may be received from sources outside the state machine, or may be generated internally by the state functions.

C++ collection mostly for image processing
libGo is a C++ class library containing all kinds of things that proved useful to me. Included are: - Linear algebra, using LAPACK and CBLAS - V4L(1) image grabber - Multithreading - Image containers (up to 3D) - Some simple optimisation code - Python embedding helper - Matlab interface - .. and other things, have a look at the HTML documentation! golib grew over many years, things I had use for have been added now and then. Some parts are better taken care of than others. If you find anything spectacularly wrong or badly documented, and need assistance, please drop me a line.
A simple full functioning search engine using python programming language
The aim is to develop multiagent system for controlling multiple robots to play soccer
