Toolkit for Automatic Control and Dynamic Optimization
ACADO Toolkit is a software environment and algorithm collection for automatic control and dynamic optimization. It provides a general framework for using a great variety of algorithms for direct optimal control, including model predictive control, state and parameter estimation and robust optimization. ACADO Toolkit is implemented as self-contained C++ code and comes along with user-friendly MATLAB interface. The object-oriented design allows for convenient coupling of existing optimization packages and for extending it with user-written optimization routines.

Toolboxes for parameter continuation and bifurcation analysis.
Development platform and toolboxes for constrained parameter continuation, e.g., bifurcation analysis of dynamical systems. This material is based upon work partially supported by the National Science Foundation under Grant No. 1016467 and the Danish research council (FTP) under the project number 0602-00753B. Any opinions, findings, and conclusions or recommendations expressed on this site are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the National Science Foundation or other funding sources. In the most recent release, documentation and tutorials are available for the following toolboxes: * ep : continuation and bifurcations of equilibrium points * coll : continuation of constrained collections of trajectory segments, including multi-segment boundary-value problems * po : continuation and bifurcations of periodic orbits in smooth and hybrid systems * recipes : collection of examples from the book Recipes for Continuation

Real time signature verification using MATLAB and C#
Online Signature Verification technology requires primarily a digitizing tablet and a special pen connected to the USB port of a computer. An individual can sign on the digitizing tablet using the special pen regardless of his signature size and position. The signature is characterized as pen-strokes consisting x-y coordinates and pressure with the data being stored in a signature database. Dynamic time warping (DTW) and quadratic discriminant analysis (QDA) is used to get results where the system accepts 2% of forged signatures and rejects 5% of true signatures

Geoelectrical data inversion using Neuro Fuzzy technique
Geoelectrical resistivity data is used for estimating the subsurface features of earth. It is very difficult to estimate the depth and true resistivity analytically, therefore many mathematical models approximates the result. The approximation relies on many parameters as the heterogenous model of earth is difficult to map. Conventional interpretation algorithm mostly uses the forward modelling technique which is limited for different lithologies. Here we presented ResinvANFIS v1.0 software platform to invert any type (A, Q, K, H or any mixed data types) of resistivity data having AB/2 and apparent resistivity data as input. This kind of generalised platform has not been done elsewhere to invert data directly.
