Простая программа для работы с буфером обмена. Сделана на базе другой старой англоязычной программы. Программа работает отлично, но в окне с историей буфера некорректно отображается кириллицу, однако при копировании в буфер, и дальнейшей вставке в документ - отображается нормально.
