Two Linux distributions which run as screensavers for Microsoft Windows. One contains educational software aimed roughly at UK Key Stage 2 (8-11 years old); the other contains many open source games. To use, 'extract all' the zip files, run the installer 'exe's, and then select either the 'fr2' or 'gk2' screensaver. The git repository also contains a script which will build the material to run under Windows Subsystem for Linux version 2. Salem consists of the Witch City Linux Scripture, Bewitch, and a supporting cast of characters that make up the Witch City Linux experience. I began coding it in Salem, Mass; hence, the name. The entire ensemble is located at /usr/lib/WCL, with 3 symlinks in /usr/bin (be, CDE, wcl) pointing to relative parts within.
