vipera is a designer of applications for the programming language Python. It has two main objectives: 1) The design of an application from an educative point of view, paying special attention to the documentation and design of classes. 2) The automatic generation of base code for software projects. vipera is a combination of basic tools for the design of applications in the early stages of development, allowing the creation of modules (libraries) and definition of their basic characteristics, such as classes, functions, records, constants and import modules. This repository is a curated collection of color palettes crafted or curated for data visualization in R. The goal is to provide designers, data scientists, and R users with aesthetically pleasing, perceptually consistent color schemes that work well for plots, maps, and graphics. The repo contains static files listing palette definitions (e.g. hex codes, named hues), sample visualizations showing how each palette performs under different contexts (categorical, sequential, diverging), and helper functions/scripts to import or use the palettes in R. The riscv-boom project (also called BOOM or SonicBOOM) implements a high-performance, synthesizable out-of-order RISC-V core written in the Chisel hardware construction language. It targets the RV64GC (i.e. 64-bit with general + compressed + floating point) instruction set and supports features such as virtual memory, caches, atomics, and IEEE-754 floating point. The design is parameterizable, meaning users can tune pipeline widths, buffer sizes, functional units, and other microarchitectural knobs to explore tradeoffs. Unfortunately, this code nat­u­rally pro­duces murky greys, browns and greens. ran­dom­Color gen­er­ates at­trac­tive col­ors by de­fault. More specif­i­cally, ran­dom­Color pro­duces bright col­ors with a rea­son­ably high sat­u­ra­tion. This makes ran­dom­Color par­tic­u­larly use­ful for data vi­su­al­iza­tions and gen­er­a­tive art. Once you’ve in­cluded ran­dom­Color.js on your page, call­ing ran­dom­Color() will re­turn a ran­dom at­trac­tive color. Beneath is the out­put of ran­dom­Color called 54 times. You can also pass an op­tions ob­ject to ran­dom­Color. This al­lows you to spec­ify the hue, lu­mi­nos­ity and the num­ber of col­ors to gen­er­ate.

ReacType is a rapid prototyping tool built on Electron that allows users visualize their application architecture dynamically, employing a drag-and-drop canvas display and an interactive, real-time component code preview that can be exported as a React app for developers employing React component architecture alongside the comprehensive type-checking of TypeScript. In other words, you can draw prototypes and export React / TypeScript code! After opening the dmg and dragging ReacType into your Applications folder, ctrl+click the icon and select 'Open' from the context menu to run the app. This extra step is necessary since we don't have an Apple developer license yet.
