    Dash

    Dash

Build beautiful web-based analytic apps, no JavaScript required

...Built on top of Plotly.js, React and Flask, Dash easily achieves what an entire team of designers and engineers normally would. It ties modern UI controls and displays such as dropdown menus, sliders and graphs directly to your analytical Python code, and creates exceptional, interactive analytics apps. Dash apps are very lightweight, requiring only a limited number of lines of Python or R code; and every aesthetic element can be customized and rendered in the web. It’s also not just for dashboards. You have full control over the look and feel of your apps, so you can style them to look any way you want.

    Temporal Inference Engine

    Temporal Inference Engine

A real time inference engine for temporal logical specifications

A real time inference engine for temporal logical specifications, which is able to acquire, process and generate any binary or real signal through POSIX IPC, files or UNIX sockets. Specifications of signals and dynamic systems are represented as special graphs and executed in real time, with a predictable sampling time of few milliseconds. Real time signal processing, dynamic system control, state machine modeling and logical property verification are some fields of application of this software. The accepted language provides timed logic and mathematical operators, conditional operators, interval operators, bounded quantifiers and parametrization of signals.

    erd

    erd

Translates a plain text description of a relational database schema

...This utility takes a plain text description of entities, their attributes and the relationships between entities and produces a visual diagram modeling the description. The visualization is produced by using Dot with GraphViz. There are limited options for specifying color and font information. Also, erd can output graphs in a variety of formats, including but not limited to: pdf, svg, eps, png, jpg, plain text and dot. In case one wishes to have a statically linked erd as a result, this is possible to have by executing build-static_by-nix.sh: which requires the nix package manager to be installed on the building machine. NixOS itself is not a requirement.

    NetBeans Modules Dependencies

    NetBeans Modules Dependencies

    Display NetBeans Module Dependencies

...Originally meant only to display module dependencies of NetBeans Rich Client Platform applications, thanks to the platform itself, it can display dependencies of "plain" and Maven-based Java projects. To display the dependencies, a new action is made available in the 'Source' menu and in the toolbar. The generated graphs can be saved as images or exported in PlantUML or Gephi formats.

    TensorFlow Haskell

    TensorFlow Haskell

    Haskell bindings for TensorFlow

The tensorflow-haskell package provides Haskell-language bindings for TensorFlow, giving Haskell developers the ability to build and run computation graphs, machine learning models, and leverage TensorFlow's ecosystem—though it is not an official Google release. As an expedient we use docker for building. Once you have docker working, the following commands will compile and run the tests. Run the install_macos_dependencies.sh script in the tools/ directory. The script installs dependencies via Homebrew and then downloads and installs the TensorFlow library on your machine under /usr/local. ...

    dep-graphV

    dep-graphV

An useful tool to analize header dependendencies via graphs

dep-graphV is an useful development tool, written in C++ and powered by Qt and GraphViz, that creates a graph of your codebase, by parsing every #include statement found in the project's root folder. It is helpful when you need to analize and visualize the dependecy tree, highlightining cycles and "useless paths", and It means, in short, that you could drastically reduce build times, especially when working on large-scale projects.
