PRTG Catches Network Issues Before They Cause Downtime

Threshold-based alerts flag problems early, so your team can act before users notice, not after.

Reactive troubleshooting usually means hearing about a problem from frustrated users, not your monitoring tool. PRTG sets threshold-based alerts across devices, servers and applications, notifying your team by email, SMS or push the moment a metric crosses a set limit. That means catching a failing disk or overloaded server before it becomes an outage and getting time back from firefighting. Start a free trial and set your first alerts today.

    DALI

    DALI

A GPU-accelerated library containing highly optimized building blocks

...These data processing pipelines, which are currently executed on the CPU, have become a bottleneck, limiting the performance and scalability of training and inference. DALI addresses the problem of the CPU bottleneck by offloading data preprocessing to the GPU. Additionally, DALI relies on its own execution engine, built to maximize the throughput of the input pipeline.

    T81 558

    T81 558

    Applications of Deep Neural Networks

Deep learning is a group of exciting new technologies for neural networks. Through a combination of advanced training techniques and neural network architectural components, it is now possible to create neural networks that can handle tabular data, images, text, and audio as both input and output. Deep learning allows a neural network to learn hierarchies of information in a way that is like the function of the human brain. This course will introduce the student to classic neural network...

    OmicSelector

    OmicSelector

Feature selection and deep learning modeling for omic biomarker study

OmicSelector is an environment, Docker-based web application, and R package for biomarker signature selection (feature selection) from high-throughput experiments and others. It was initially developed for miRNA-seq (small RNA, smRNA-seq; hence the name was miRNAselector), RNA-seq and qPCR, but can be applied for every problem where numeric features should be selected to counteract overfitting of the models. Using our tool, you can choose features, like miRNAs, with the most significant diagnostic potential (based on the results of miRNA-seq, for validation in qPCR experiments).

    Tensor2Tensor

    Tensor2Tensor

Library of deep learning models and datasets

...In the research community, one can find code open-sourced by the authors to help in replicating their results and further advancing deep learning. However, most of these DL systems use unique setups that require significant engineering effort and may only work for a specific problem or architecture, making it hard to run new experiments and compare the results. Tensor2Tensor, or T2T for short, is a library of deep learning models and datasets designed to make deep learning more accessible and accelerate ML research. T2T was developed by researchers and engineers in the Google Brain team and a community of users. ...

    ChainerCV

    ChainerCV

ChainerCV: a Library for Deep Learning in Computer Vision

ChainerCV is a collection of tools to train and run neural networks for computer vision tasks using Chainer. In ChainerCV, we define the object detection task as a problem of, given an image, bounding box-based localization and categorization of objects. Bounding boxes in an image are represented as a two-dimensional array of shape (R,4), where R is the number of bounding boxes and the second axis corresponds to the coordinates of bounding boxes. ChainerCV supports dataset loaders, which can be used to easily index examples with list-like interfaces. ...

    Requests for Research

    Requests for Research

A living collection of deep learning problems

...It is structured as a curated list of project proposals, challenges, and exploratory directions suggested by OpenAI researchers for the broader community. Each request highlights a specific problem area, often with context, motivation, and possible approaches, serving as inspiration for independent researchers, students, and practitioners. The repository is intended to foster collaboration and accelerate progress by sharing promising questions that OpenAI itself may not have the resources to fully pursue. While the ideas are not guaranteed to be unique or unexplored, they reflect areas OpenAI believes would benefit from more investigation. ...

    CRP - Chemical Reaction Prediction

Predicting Organic Reactions using Neural Networks.

The intend is to solve the forward-reaction prediction problem, where the reactants are known and the interest is in generating the reaction products using Deep learning. This Graphical User Interface takes simplified molecular-input line-entry system (SMILES) as an input and generates the product SMILE & molecule. Beam search is used in Version 2, to generate top 5 predictions. Maximum input length for the model is 15 (excluding spaces).
