    GluonTS

    GluonTS

Probabilistic time series modeling in Python

GluonTS is a Python package for probabilistic time series modeling, focusing on deep learning based models. GluonTS requires Python 3.6 or newer, and the easiest way to install it is via pip. We train a DeepAR-model and make predictions using the simple "airpassengers" dataset. The dataset consists of a single time-series, containing monthly international passengers between the years 1949 and 1960, a total of 144 values (12 years * 12 months). We split the dataset into train and test parts, by removing the last three years (36 months) from the train data. Thus, we will train a model on just the first nine years of data. ...

    JEPA

    JEPA

PyTorch code and models for V-JEPA self-supervised learning from video

...A context encoder ingests visible regions and predicts target embeddings for masked regions produced by a separate target encoder, avoiding low-level reconstruction losses that can overfit to texture. This makes learning focus on semantics and structure, yielding features that transfer well with simple linear probes and minimal fine-tuning. The repository provides training recipes, data pipelines, and evaluation utilities for image JEPA variants and often includes ablations that illuminate which masking and architectural choices matter. Because the objective is non-autoregressive and operates in embedding space, JEPA tends to be compute-efficient and stable at scale. ...

    vJEPA-2

PyTorch code and models for VJEPA2 self-supervised learning from video

...The architecture is designed to scale: spatiotemporal ViT backbones, flexible masking schedules, and efficient sampling let it train on long clips while remaining stable. Trained representations transfer well to downstream tasks such as action recognition, temporal localization, and video retrieval, often with simple linear probes or light fine-tuning. The repository typically includes end-to-end recipes—data pipelines, augmentation policies, training scripts, and evaluation harnesses.

    AudioCraft

    AudioCraft

Audiocraft is a library for audio processing and generation

...Both models operate over discrete audio tokens produced by a neural codec (EnCodec), which acts like a tokenizer for waveforms and enables efficient sequence modeling. The repo provides inference scripts, checkpoints, and simple Python APIs so you can generate clips from prompts or incorporate the models into applications. It also contains training code and recipes, so researchers can fine-tune on custom data or explore new objectives without building infrastructure from scratch. Example notebooks, CLI tools, and audio utilities help with prompt design, conditioning on reference audio, and post-processing to produce ready-to-share outputs.

    Interactive Deep Colorization

    Interactive Deep Colorization

Deep learning software for colorizing black and white images

Interactive Deep Colorization is a software project for colorizing black-and-white (grayscale) images using deep learning, allowing users to add a few hints (e.g. scribbles) and get a plausible, fully colorized output. The idea is to merge automatic colorization (via neural networks) with optional user guidance — so if the automatic model’s guess isn’t quite right, the user can nudge colors via hints to steer the result, achieving more controlled, satisfying outputs. The project includes...

    Perceptual Similarity Metric and Dataset

    Perceptual Similarity Metric and Dataset

    LPIPS metric. pip install lpips

While it is nearly effortless for humans to quickly assess the perceptual similarity between two images, the underlying processes are thought to be quite complex. Despite this, the most widely used perceptual metrics today, such as PSNR and SSIM, are simple, shallow functions, and fail to account for many nuances of human perception. Recently, the deep learning community has found that features of the VGG network trained on ImageNet classification has been remarkably useful as a training loss for image synthesis. But how perceptual are these so-called "perceptual losses"? What elements are critical for their success? ...

SimSiam is a PyTorch implementation of “Exploring Simple Siamese Representation Learning” by Xinlei Chen and Kaiming He. The project introduces a minimalist approach to self-supervised learning that avoids negative pairs, momentum encoders, or large memory banks—key complexities of prior contrastive methods. SimSiam learns image representations by maximizing similarity between two augmented views of the same image through a Siamese neural network with a stop-gradient operation, preventing feature collapse. ...

    PyText

    PyText

A natural language modeling framework based on PyTorch

PyText is a deep-learning based NLP modeling framework built on PyTorch. PyText addresses the often-conflicting requirements of enabling rapid experimentation and of serving models at scale. It achieves this by providing simple and extensible interfaces and abstractions for model components, and by using PyTorch’s capabilities of exporting models for inference via the optimized Caffe2 execution engine. We use PyText at Facebook to iterate quickly on new modeling ideas and then seamlessly ship them at scale. Distributed-training support built on the new C10d backend in PyTorch 1.0. ...
