NetTool is a developer tool for monitoring and manipulating application-level network messages, particularly useful for debugging web applications and web services. There are two components to NetTool: the HTTP Client, and the TCP Tunnel.

This simple editor was written for own purposes to debug and perform maintenance for different websites through the web browser. Quercitools has just one tool for now - stackcheck.py. It helps in troubleshooting of stack overruns. Such defects destroy stack contents and locating the source of the problem is not easy.
