The Command Centre is a Simulation Programming Framework for advanced Command and Control Simulators on Linux/Windows using C/C++ and Java. The Framework integrates with Leading Tools like Visual Paradigm (UML), Net Beans 7.0 (Java), and Code Warrior (C/C++).
