    atpbar

    atpbar

Progress bars for threading and multiprocessing tasks on terminal

Progress bars for threading and multiprocessing tasks on the terminal and Jupyter Notebook. atpbar can display multiple progress bars simultaneously growing to show the progresses of iterations of loops in threading or multiprocessing tasks. atpbar can display progress bars on the terminal and Jupyter Notebook. atpbar can be used with Mantichora. atpbar started its development in 2015 as part of Alphatwirl. atpbar prevented physicists from terminating their running analysis codes, which would take many hours to complete, by showing progress bars indicating their codes were actually running. The progress bars have saved the physicists countless hours in total. atpbar had been the sub-package progress of alphatwirl until it became an independent package, with the name atpbar, in February 2019.

    CliMA Land

    CliMA Land

    Everything within the Land model

...CliMA Land is a highly modular platform to promote research at different scales from tissue to organ, whole plant, and ecosystem. Therefore, we deliver CliMA Land via a patch of packages (also referred to as sub-modules) to reduce the time used to initialize a research project. As a result, the repository is more a collection of tutorials and examples for users, rather than a place to store the code for all sub-modules. This project is supposed to be a community effort, leveraging all the work that has been done in Land Surface Modeling from various groups around the world. ...

    Galois sub-hierarchy builder

Visualize Galois sub-hierarchy of 2d matrix

GSH builder is a free Galois Sub-Hierarchy visualization tool. The algorithm for calculating GSH is called Pluton and the present Java realization is based on two articles. "Efficiently computing a linear extension of the sub-hierarchy of a Concept Lattice" by Anne Berry, Marianne Huchard, Ross M. McConnell, Alain Sigayret and Jeremy P. Spinrad. "Performances of Galois Sub-hierarchy-building algorithms" by Gabriela Arevalo, Anne Berry, Marianne Huchard, Guillaume Perrot and Alain Sigayret In you're in need of other GSH algorithms or their realizations in C++, you might want to investigate a project called Galicia on sourceforge. ...
