Spectral Python (SPy) is a python package for reading, viewing, manipulating, and classifying hyperspectral image (HSI) data. SPy includes functions for clustering, dimensionality reduction, supervised classification, and more.

The JSpecView Project initially provided JAVA applets for the display of JCAMP-DX and AnIML/CML spectral files. The source and binary files are available via the Code (sourceforge SVN) and Files menu options. See the WIKI pages (Hosted Apps) for more detail. ...Radiance is superior to simpler lighting calculation and rendering tools in that there are no limitations on the geometry or the materials that may be simulated. Scene geometry, materials, luminaires, time, date and sky conditions (for daylight calculations) are specified; spectral radiance (ie. luminance + color), irradiance (illuminance + color) and glare indices are calculated. Simulation results may be displayed as color images, numerical values and contour plots. Radiance is useful for architects and engineers in predicting illumination, visual quality and appearance of innovative design spaces; and for researchers in evaluating new lighting and daylighting technologies.

ImagingAnalysis is a Mathematica package that performs grid-based analysis of time-lapse imaging data saved in a sequence of TIFF files. This package requires Mathematica 7.0. Revised on 14 May 2017: Bugs are fixed and incompatibility issues are resolved. The current version runs on Mathematica 11.
