    classic.tplx

    classic.tplx

A more accurate representation of jupyter notebooks

A more accurate representation of Jupyter notebooks when converting to pdfs. This template was designed to make converted Jupyter notebooks look (almost) identical to the actual notebook. If something doesn't exist in the original notebook then it doesn't belong in the conversion. As of nbconvert 5.5.0, the majority of these improvements have been merged into nbconvert's default template. Version 3.x of this package will continue to support nbconvert 5.5.0 and lower, whereas in the future version 4.x will only support nbconvert 5.5.0 and newer. ...

    Infiltrator.jl

    Infiltrator.jl

    No-overhead breakpoints in Julia

This package provides the @infiltrate macro, which acts as a breakpoint with negligible runtime performance overhead. Note that you cannot access other function scopes or step into further calls. Use an actual debugger if you need that level of flexibility. Running code that ends up triggering the @infiltrate REPL mode via inline evaluation in VS Code or Juno can cause issues, so it's recommended to always use the REPL directly. When the infiltration point is hit, it will drop you into an interactive REPL session that lets you inspect local variables and the call stack as well as execute arbitrary statements in the context of the current local and global scope.

    Illustrated Algorithms

    Illustrated Algorithms

    Interactive algorithm visualizations

Inspired by Grokking Algorithms and python-execution-trace, this project aims to reveal the mechanics behind algorithms via interactive visualizations of their execution. Visual representations of variables and operations augment the control flow, alongside actual source code. You can fast forward and rewind the execution to closely observe how an algorithm works. The same code that is displayed next to the illustration is also decorated using babel-plugin-trace-execution and executed to record the context at every step. Literally the same source file. Going back and forth between function execution (and call stack when algorithm uses recursion) is effortless. ...

    LAVA for AFM

    LAVA for AFM

Lloyd's Algorithm-based Volumetric Analysis for AFM Images

...In particular, it allows the user to measure the volume of all distinguishable features in an image and to isolate and sort those particles. As the name implies, LAVA uses Lloyd's Algorithm, also known as k-means sorting, to identify a small set of volumes representative of the actual distribution of particle in the image. Although developed for determining feature volume, LAVA is also completely compatible with other types of image analysis, such as fluorescence intensity. Work is in progress to provide three-channel functionality, allowing comparison of relative intensity of red, green, and blue channels in multi-color images.
