    MultivariatePolynomials.jl

    MultivariatePolynomials.jl

    Multivariate polynomials interface

...It defines abstract types and an API for multivariate monomials, terms, and polynomials and gives default implementation for common operations on them using the API. On the one hand, This packages allows you to implement algorithms on multivariate polynomials that will be independant on the representation of the polynomial that will be chosen by the user. On the other hand, it allows the user to easily switch between different representations of polynomials to see which one is faster for the algorithm that he is using.

    GDAL.jl

    GDAL.jl

Thin Julia wrapper for GDAL - Geospatial Data Abstraction Library

Julia wrapper for GDAL - Geospatial Data Abstraction Library. This package is a binding to the C API of GDAL/OGR. It provides only a C style usage, where resources must be closed manually, and datasets are pointers. Other packages can build on top of this to provide a more Julian user experience. See for example ArchGDAL.jl. Most users will want to use ArchGDAL.jl instead of using GDAL.jl directly.

    Compat.jl

    Compat.jl

    Compatibility across Julia versions

...In particular, in cases where it is impossible to write code that works with both the latest Julia master branch and older Julia versions, or impossible to write code that doesn't generate a deprecation warning in some Julia version, the Compat package provides a macro that lets you use the latest syntax in a backward-compatible way. This is primarily intended for use by other Julia packages, where it is important to maintain cross-version compatibility.

    JET.jl

    JET.jl

An experimental code analyzer for Julia

JET employs Julia's type inference system to detect potential bugs and type instabilities. JET is tightly coupled to the Julia compiler, and so each JET release supports a limited range of Julia versions. See the Project.toml file for the range of supported Julia versions. The Julia package manager should install a version of JET compatible with the Julia version you are running. If you want to use JET on unreleased version of Julia where compatibility with JET is yet unknown, clone this git...

    Unitful.jl

    Unitful.jl

    Physical quantities with arbitrary units

Unitful is a Julia package for physical units. We want to support not only SI units but also any other unit system. We also want to minimize or in some cases eliminate the run-time penalty of units. There should be facilities for dimensional analysis. All of this should integrate easily with the usual mathematical operations and collections that are found in Julia base.

    Tullio.jl

    Tullio.jl

Tullio is a very flexible einsum macro

Tullio is a very flexible einsum macro. It understands many array operations written in index notation -- not just matrix multiplication and permutations, but also convolutions, stencils, scatter/gather, and broadcasting. Used by itself the macro writes ordinary nested loops much like Einsum.@einsum. One difference is that it can parse more expressions, and infer ranges for their indices. Another is that it will use multi-threading (via Threads.@spawn) and recursive tiling, on large enough arrays.

    TensorBoardLogger.jl

    TensorBoardLogger.jl

Easy peasy logging to TensorBoard with Julia

TensorBoardLogger.jl is a native library for logging arbitrary data to Tensorboard, extending Julia's standard Logging framework. It can also be used to deserialize TensoBoard's .proto files. The fundamental type defined in this package is a TBLogger, which behaves like other standard loggers in Julia such as ConsoleLogger or TextLogger. You can create one by passing it the path to the folder where you want to store the data. You can also pass an optional second argument to specify the...

    CondaPkg.jl

    CondaPkg.jl

Add Conda dependencies to your Julia project

Add Conda dependencies to your Julia project. This package is a lot like Pkg from the Julia standard library, except that it is for managing Conda packages. Conda dependencies are defined in CondaPkg.toml, which is analogous to Project.toml. CondaPkg will install these dependencies into a Conda environment specific to the current Julia project. Hence dependencies are isolated from other projects or environments. Functions like add, rm, status exist to edit the dependencies programmatically. ...

    EAGO.jl

    EAGO.jl

A development environment for robust and global optimization

...EAGO is a deterministic global optimizer designed to address a wide variety of optimization problems, emphasizing nonlinear programs (NLPs), by propagating McCormick relaxations along the factorable structure of each expression in the NLP. Most operators supported by modern automatic differentiation (AD) packages (e.g., +, sin, cosh) are supported by EAGO and a number of utilities for sanitizing native Julia code and generating relaxations on a wide variety of user-defined functions have been included. Currently, EAGO supports problems that have a priori variable bounds defined and have differentiable constraints.

    JuliaConnectoR

    JuliaConnectoR

A functionally oriented interface for calling Julia from R

This R-package provides a functionally oriented interface between R and Julia. The goal is to call functions from Julia packages directly as R functions. Julia functions imported via the JuliaConnectoR can accept and return R variables. It is also possible to pass R functions as arguments in place of Julia functions, which allows callbacks from Julia to R. From a technical perspective, R data structures are serialized with an optimized custom streaming format, sent to a (local) Julia TCP server, and translated to Julia data structures by Julia. ...

    SciML Style Guide for Julia

    SciML Style Guide for Julia

A style guide for stylish Julia developers

The SciML Style Guide is a style guide for the Julia programming language. It is used by the SciML Open Source Scientific Machine Learning Organization. As such, it is open to discussion with the community. If the standard for code contributions is that every PR needs to support every possible input type that anyone can think of, the barrier would be too high for newcomers. Instead, the principle is to be as correct as possible to begin with, and grow the generic support over time. All...

    visx

    visx

    Visualization components

...At Airbnb, we made it a goal to unify our visualization stack across the company and in the process, we created a new project that brings together the power of D3 with the joy of React. visx is split into multiple packages. Start small and use only what you need. Bring your own state management, animation library, or CSS-in-JS solution. Odds are good your React app already has an opinion on how animation, theming, or styling is done. visx is careful not to add another one and integrates with all of them. As you start using visualization primitives, you’ll end up building your own charting library that’s optimized for your use case. ...

    Plots

    Plots

Powerful convenience for Julia visualizations and data analysis

Data visualization has a complicated history. Plotting software makes trade-offs between features and simplicity, speed and beauty, and a static and dynamic interface. Some packages make a display and never change it, while others make updates in real-time. Plots is a visualization interface and toolset. It sits above other backends, like GR, PythonPlot, PGFPlotsX, or Plotly, connecting commands with implementation. If one backend does not support your desired features or make the right trade-offs, you can just switch to another backend with one command. ...
