This is a package containing the Julia bindings for Enzyme. This is very much a work in progress and bug reports/discussion is greatly appreciated. Enzyme is a plugin that performs automatic differentiation (AD) of statically analyzable LLVM. It is highly-efficient and its ability perform AD on optimized code allows Enzyme to meet or exceed the performance of state-of-the-art AD tools.

With Metal.jl it's possible to program GPUs on macOS using the Metal programming framework. The package is a work in progress. There are bugs, functionality is missing, and performance hasn't been optimized. Expect to have to make changes to this package if you want to use it. PRs are very welcome. ...Basics of climate field analysis are covered, with some forays into exploratory techniques associated with climate scenario design. The package is aimed to ease the typical steps of analysis of climate models outputs and gridded datasets (support for weather stations is a work-in-progress). Climate indices and bias correction functions are coded to leverage the use of multiple threads. To gain maximum performance, use (bash shell Linux/MacOSX) export JULIA_NUM_THREADS=n, where n is the number of threads. To get an idea of the number of threads you can use type (in Julia) Sys.THREADS. This is especially useful for bias correction.

Transducers are transformations of "sequence" of input that can be composed very efficiently. The interface used by transducers naturally describes a wide range of processes that is expressible as a succession of steps. Furthermore, transducers can be defined without specifying the details of the input and output (collections, streams, channels, etc.) and therefore achieves a full reusability.
