This project aims at visualizing the email flow of one or several users. We provide users with an anonymization interface (to filter and anonymize email and contacts) and a set of visualizations including contact statistics, email flow and history.

graphICs is used to visualize IC-layout-data from GDS II-files. It reads a stream of GDS II-records, optimizes it by removing objects smaller than a user-defined minimal size an writes it to Asymptote-code. This code can be translated via Asymptote to PDF, PNG or other formats. The output can be specified to be printed on an A-format paper, portrait or landscape, top/right, center or bottom/left align. To use graphICs you need to download the JAR-file containing the program (no installation needed) and the MAP-file containing the color-information for the design (you can modify it or you create your own). To create graphic or PDF-files you need to download Asymptote from asymptote.sourceforge.net. Look at http://sourceforge.net/p/graphicsic/wiki/Usage/ for the Usage. iSBatch is a Java-based plugin for ImageJ (version 1.49d) or its distribution Fiji. iSBatch is designed for quick evaluation of analysis pipelines and visual exploration of datasets. It is distributed under an open open-source license (GNU General Public License, version 3).
