Jupyter Dock is a set of Jupyter Notebooks for performing molecular docking protocols interactively, as well as visualizing, converting file formats and analyzing the results. VirtLive can be used to run multiple operating systems on a single machine. The first release is built with Debian Squeeze for amd64 with Libvirt and Qemu/KVM.
