Gaius.jl is a multi-threaded BLAS-like library using a divide-and-conquer strategy to parallelism, and built on top of the fantastic LoopVectorization.jl. Gaius spawns threads using Julia's depth-first parallel task runtime and so Gaius's routines may be fearlessly nested inside multi-threaded Julia programs. Gaius is not stable or well-tested. Dive deeper into your data with interactive graphics. Immerse is a wrapper that adds graphical interactivity to Julia's plots. Currently, Immerse supports Gadfly. The toolbar at the top supports saving your figure to a file, zooming and panning, and lasso selection. Zooming and panning uses the defaults set by GtkUtilities. The left mouse button allows you to rubberband-select a zoom region. Use your mouse wheel or arrow-keys to pan or change the zoom level. Double-click, or press the 1:1 button, to restore the full view. -

...The x-axis shows the stack profile population, sorted alphabetically (it is not the passage of time), and the y-axis shows stack depth, counting from zero at the bottom. Each rectangle represents a stack frame. The wider a frame is is, the more often it was present in the stacks. The top edge shows what is on-CPU, and beneath it is its ancestry. The colors are usually not significant, picked randomly to differentiate frames. Flame charts were first added by Google Chrome's WebKit Web Inspector (bug). While inspired by flame graphs, flame charts put the passage of time on the x-axis instead of the alphabet. -

...I've designed six audio components and two interface components to allow you to immediately get your hands dirty recording, playing, and visualizing audio data. These components simply plug into each other and build on top of the high-performance, low-latency AudioUnits API and give you an easy to use API written in Objective-C instead of pure C. EZAudio was designed to work transparently across all iOS and OSX devices. This means one universal API whether you're building for Mac or iOS. For instance, under the hood an EZAudioPlot knows that it will subclass a UIView for iOS or an NSView for OSX and the EZMicrophone knows to build on top of the RemoteIO AudioUnit for iOS, but defaults to the system defaults for input and output for OSX. -
