    Cube

    Cube

Universal semantic layer platform for AI, BI, spreadsheets

Cube is the semantic layer for building data applications. It helps data engineers and application developers access data from modern data stores, organize it into consistent definitions, and deliver it to every application. Cube was designed to work with all SQL-enabled data sources, including cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or Google BigQuery, query engines like Presto or Amazon Athena, and application databases like Postgres. Cube has a built-in relational caching engine to provide sub-second latency and high concurrency for API requests.

    ScientificTypes.jl

    ScientificTypes.jl

An API for dispatching on the "scientific" type of data

This package makes a distinction between machine type and scientific type of a Julia object. The machine type refers to the Julia type being used to represent the object (for instance, Float64). The scientific type is one of the types defined in ScientificTypesBase.jl reflecting how the object should be interpreted (for instance, Continuous or Multiclass).

    ReTest.jl

    ReTest.jl

    Testing framework for Julia

ReTest is a testing framework for Julia allowing defining tests in source files, whose execution is deferred and triggered on demand. This is useful when one likes to have definitions of methods and corresponding tests close to each other. This is also useful for code that is not (yet) organized as a package, and where one doesn't want to maintain a separate set of files for tests. Filtering run testsets with a Regex, which is matched against the descriptions of testsets. This is useful for running only part of the test suite of a package. ...

    ReverseDiff

    ReverseDiff

Reverse Mode Automatic Differentiation for Julia

ReverseDiff is a fast and compile-able tape-based reverse mode automatic differentiation (AD) that implements methods to take gradients, Jacobians, Hessians, and higher-order derivatives of native Julia functions (or any callable object, really). While performance can vary depending on the functions you evaluate, the algorithms implemented by ReverseDiff generally outperform non-AD algorithms in both speed and accuracy.

    targets

    targets

    Function-oriented Make-like declarative workflows for R

The targets package is a pipeline / workflow management tool in R, designed to coordinate multi‐step computational workflows in data science / statistics. It tracks dependencies between “targets” (computational steps), skips steps whose upstream data or code hasn’t changed, supports parallel computation, branching (dynamic generation of sub‐targets), file format abstractions, and encourages reproducible and efficient analyses. It’s something like GNU Make for R, but more integrated. Skipping...

    LinearSolve.jl

    LinearSolve.jl

High-Performance Unified Interface for Linear Solvers in Julia

LinearSolve.jl is a unified interface for the linear solving packages of Julia. It interfaces with other packages of the Julia ecosystem to make it easy to test alternative solver packages and pass small types to control algorithm swapping. It also interfaces with the ModelingToolkit.jl world of symbolic modeling to allow for automatically generating high-performance code. Performance is key: the current methods are made to be highly performant on scalar and statically sized small problems,...

...Change-log for MathMod-11.1 (16/06/2021) 1) Support of graphing functions with complex numbers Z=u+iv in 3D and 4D spaces (demo scripts: "Complex3D_xx" and "Complex4D_Saddle") 2) Added support for HSV (hue, saturation, brightness) coloring model (script: "Complex_Domain_Coloring") 3) Texture definitions (RGB and HSV) for parametric surfaces can now be expressed as functions of complex numbers 4) Added a software implementation for the OpenGL variable gl_FrontFacing (fixed an issue with GPU drivers on MacOSX Catalina). The activation of this patch is available from mathmodconfig.js ("OpenGlConfig"-->"GL_FrontFacingSupport"=false) or the GUI("Appearance"-->"OpenGL Front Surface Support") 5) Bug-fixes, code optimization and documentation update.

    Superstruct

    Superstruct

A simple and composable way to validate data in JavaScript

This project is a lightweight validation library for JavaScript and TypeScript that helps you define data “shapes” and validate runtime values against them. Instead of relying only on compile-time typing, it focuses on the reality that many apps receive unknown input from APIs, forms, and external systems, and those values need runtime checks. Its API is intentionally familiar if you’ve used TypeScript, Flow, Go structs, or GraphQL schemas, but the output is oriented around runtime...

    WhereTraits.jl

    WhereTraits.jl

Traits for julia: dispatch on whatever you want using where syntax

Welcome to WhereTraits.jl. This package exports one powerful macro @traits with which you can extend Julia's where syntax in order to support traits definitions. In addition, WhereTraits comes with a standardized way how to resolve ambiguities among traits, by defining an order among the traits with @traits_order. Under the hood @traits uses normal function dispatch to achieve the speed and flexibility, however, julia function dispatch can lead to ambiguities. With traits these can easily happen if someone defines @traits for the same standard dispatch but using different traits.

    q pipeline manager

    q pipeline manager

q: integrated platform for pipeline configuration and management

...Data processing pipelines require high-level organization and parallelization of work to optimize resource utilization and decrease the time to results. q (from queue) allows complex job sequences to be efficiently assembled and managed, including dependency tracking, parallelization, and pipeline-level monitoring, error recovery, and data protection. Pipelines are constructed from modular script files, with job definitions and results stored in easily retrieved job files. A web interface facilitates job submission and monitoring, with the complete pipeline exportable for full transparency.
