...They are defined as instances of the new Constant type, which is a subtype of AbstractQuantity (from Unitful.jl package) and can also be turned into Measurement objects (from Measurements.jl package) at request. Constants are grouped into different submodules so that the user can choose different datasets as needed. ProteoWizard development moved to GitHub in 2018. The ProteoWizard Library is a set of software libraries and tools for rapid development of proteomics data analysis software. The libraries are cross-platform and built from the ground up using modern C++ techniques.

This program will open an ELINT Time-Based Data (TBD) file and plot it for purposes of measurement and analysis. Test files included. New ver 0.4 added 2018-01-01.
