    TensorBoardLogger.jl

    TensorBoardLogger.jl

Easy peasy logging to TensorBoard with Julia

...The fundamental type defined in this package is a TBLogger, which behaves like other standard loggers in Julia such as ConsoleLogger or TextLogger. You can create one by passing it the path to the folder where you want to store the data. You can also pass an optional second argument to specify the behaviour in case there already exists a document at the given path.

    Circuitscape.jl

    Circuitscape.jl

Algorithms from circuit theory to predict connectivity

Circuitscape is an open-source program that uses circuit theory to model connectivity in heterogeneous landscapes. Its most common applications include modeling the movement and gene flow of plants and animals, as well as identifying areas important for connectivity conservation. The new Circuitscape is built entirely in the Julia language, a new programming language for technical computing. Julia is built from the ground up to be fast. As such, this offers a number of advantages over the previous version.

    Molly.jl

    Molly.jl

    Molecular simulation in Julia

Much of science can be explained by the movement and interaction of molecules. Molecular dynamics (MD) is a computational technique used to explore these phenomena, from noble gases to biological macromolecules. Molly.jl is a pure Julia package for MD, and for the simulation of physical systems more broadly. The package is described in a talk at Enzyme Conference 2023 and an earlier talk at the JuliaMolSim minisymposium at JuliaCon 2022.

    Graphs.jl

    Graphs.jl

An optimized graphs package for the Julia programming language

The goal of Graphs.jl is to offer a performant platform for network and graph analysis in Julia, following the example of libraries such as NetworkX in Python. Offers a set of simple, concrete graph implementations – SimpleGraph (for undirected graphs) and SimpleDiGraph (for directed graphs), an API for the development of more sophisticated graph implementations under the AbstractGraph type, and a large collection of graph algorithms with the same requirements as this API.

    gusty

    gusty

    Making DAG construction easier

gusty allows you to control your Airflow DAGs, Task Groups, and Tasks with greater ease. gusty manages collections of tasks, represented as any number of YAML, Python, SQL, Jupyter Notebook, or R Markdown files. A directory of task files is instantly rendered into a DAG by passing a file path to gusty's create_dag function. gusty also manages dependencies (within one DAG) and external dependencies (dependencies on tasks in other DAGs) for each task file you define. All you have to do is provide a list of dependencies or external_dependencies inside of a task file, and gusty will automatically set each task's dependencies and create external task sensors for any external dependencies listed. gusty works with both Airflow 1.x and Airflow 2.x, and has even more features, all of which aim to make the creation, management, and iteration of DAGs more fluid, so that you can intuitively design your DAG and build your tasks.

    MemProcFS Analyzer

Automated Forensic Analysis of Windows Memory Dumps for DFIR

MemProcFS-Analyzer is a forensic analysis toolset that builds on the MemProcFS virtual filesystem to make volatile memory artefacts easier to browse and interpret. By exposing process memory, kernel objects, and derived artifacts as regular files, the framework lets analysts use familiar filesystem operations and standard tools (editors, grep, diff) to explore memory snapshots. The Analyzer layer adds higher-level parsing and extraction routines—for example, carving strings, locating...

    Chokidar

    Chokidar

Minimal and efficient cross-platform file watching library

Chokidar is a solution for all the users of Node.js fs.watch who are tired of it not reporting filenames on MacOS and events at all when using editors like Sublime on MacOS. Node.js fs.watch often reports events twice, emits most changes as rename, and it does not provide an easy way to recursively watch file trees nor supports recursive watching on Linux. Same as with Node.js fs.watchFile. Therefore, Chokidar resolves these problems. Initially made for Brunch (an ultra-swift web app build...

    rayshader

    rayshader

R Package for 2D and 3D mapping and data visualization

...At its core, rayshader takes a matrix of elevations and applies shading, texture, ambient occlusion, overlays, and light modeling (ray shade, lambertian shading, etc.) to produce realistic relief maps. Users can rotate, zoom, and animate the scenes or script camera trajectories programmatically. It supports outputting high-quality renders via path tracing (using a companion package) and also offers depth-of-field (“cinematic blur”) effects to bring visual focus into scenes. It allows layering relational data (roads, points, polygons) on top of the shaded terrain, so you can combine spatial data overlays with the 3D model. The package can export models to 3D formats like STL or OBJ for 3D printing or external rendering.

    Apache Hudi

    Apache Hudi

Upserts, Deletes And Incremental Processing on Big Data

...Hudi reimagines slow old-school batch data processing with a powerful new incremental processing framework for low latency minute-level analytics. Hudi provides efficient upserts, by mapping a given hoodie key (record key + partition path) consistently to a file id, via an indexing mechanism. This mapping between record key and file group/file id, never changes once the first version of a record has been written to a file. In short, the mapped file group contains all versions of a group of records.

a free mind mapping tool, to especially assist decision making

I've been trying to develop an idea of a project, but the wide range of possibilities with all their outcomes, cons and pros and whatnot got my mind overloaded. There was no way I could keep or process that much information with my bare mind. So, I've checked the mind mapping tools available in the market, both free and commercial ones, yet they were either clunky or overkilling for my needs. Thus, I've made my own thing, and decided to share it with everyone who might find it useful for...
