This project extends a previous work on node link tree visualisation and interaction by providing visual clues on hidden structures. We adopt DOITree from Prefuse package (https://github.com/prefuse/Prefuse), a multi-focal tree layout algorithm, for exploring large hierarchical structures. For more information see HiddenMarkovModels.jl: when did HMMs get so fast?. HMMBase provides a lightweight and efficient abstraction for hidden Markov models in Julia. Most HMMs libraries only support discrete (e.g. categorical) or Normal distributions. In contrast HMMBase builds upon Distributions.jl to support arbitrary univariate and multivariate distributions.

JProGraM (PRObabilistic GRAphical Models in Java) is a statistical machine learning library. It supports statistical modeling and data analysis along three main directions: (1) probabilistic graphical models (Bayesian networks, Markov random fields, dependency networks, hybrid random fields); (2) parametric, semiparametric, and nonparametric density estimation (Gaussian models, nonparanormal estimators, Parzen windows, Nadaraya-Watson estimator); (3) generative models for random networks (small-world, scale-free, exponential random graphs, Fiedler random fields), subgraph sampling algorithms (random walk, snowball, etc.), and spectral decomposition.

CThruView is an image viewer that allows mouse clicks to go through the image. Use it as tracing paper or splash screen. The image can be made semi-transparent, flipped, rotated, zoomed, always on top, clipped, moved, hidden and centered.
