View Sixel formatted images on a Windows platform without needing a DEC VT emulator. Convert Sixel formatted images into BMP format. Save as BMP and print Sixel image capability. Supports both RGB and HLS formatted Sixel images with up to the full 256 color specification. Supports up to and including Windows 11. Included are many new and old and free Sixel images. Convert HPGL to ReGIS and a ReGIS image repository

This is a command line utility.......but there is an optional GUI interface too. Convert HPGL plotter output files into DEC ReGIS files suitable to display on DEC ReGIS capable terminals and terminal emulators. Also this is a repository for contributed ReGIS files that can be freely used. If you have Regis files to contribute e-mail me. Create and investigate PSF2 fonts

...The program can "explode" existing PSF2 fonts, creating an human-readable graphical representation of each glyph which can then be re-compiled into a PSF2 font. The project supports the use of unicode tables at the end of fonts, but currently (Dec, 2012) not fully (sequences are not supported), but this should be simple to amend.
