LaTeX template for preparing research reports, calculations and explanatory notes for course and diploma theses (GOST 7.32-2001 and GOST RV 15.110-2003) Aimed at students of IT specialties, researchers and others who need to draw up documents in accordance with GOST 7.32-2001 or GOST RV 15.110-2003. It was originally written in pdfLaTeX, with support for XeLaTeX added in commit 23b1612. In addition to styles, it contains the "fish" RPP (in the same tex folder). There are also the necessary layouts for LyX (an editor in which editing is more like working in Microsoft Word than writing LaTeX code, but the result is just as good as in LaTeX). To use LyX you also need to copy the LaTeX styles (from the tex folder).

The Program creates an Folder with Data for Auto rating of encoding descriptors. For this purpose codes with know encoding labels are analyzed. Code with unknown labels is statistically analyzed to recover the missing encoding. The Software is able to analyze mime type encoded e-mail. An example database for message encoding detection is provided.
