Scan, the Semantic Content ANnotator, is a semantic pipeline that helps connecting information extraction tools to semantic database. UIMA-based, it allows easy plugin-writing: information extraction, ontology control, store in RDF Repositories.

Given an API specification, written in YAML/JSON format, ScanAPI hits the specified endpoints, runs the test cases, and generates a detailed report of this execution - which can also be used as the API documentation itself. With almost no Python knowledge, the user can define endpoints to be hit, the expected behavior for each response and will receive a full real-time diagnostic report of the API.

Injection attacks can occur when transmitted data is not interpreted the same way by both the sender and the receiver. Guaranteeing equivalence in data interpretation, known as operational congruity, is achieved by separating fields of data on the basis of their length. When the length of the data is known, there is no risk of misinterpreting it on the basis of spaces or text delimiters. The Distinguished Encoding Rules, or DER, of the ASN.1 standard follows this approach but includes numerous constraints and, more importantly, demands that data fields to be described using binary metadata rather than text. The Secure Protocol Format, or SPF, was created as a simplified version of DER. In addition to delimiting data by length, it also affords programmers the ability to use text for describing data, just like tags are used in HTML and XML. Thus, SPF provides a simple and practical approach to preventing command injection attacks while allowing text to describe data.

A fast, Django inspired template system in pure Clojure. Selmer templates consist of plain text that contains embedded expression and filter tags. While Selmer is primarily meant for HTML generation, it can be used for templating any text. Selmer compiles the template files and replaces any tags with the corresponding functions for handling dynamic content. The compiled template can then be rendered given a context map. When rendering files Selmer will cache the compiled template. A recompile will be triggered if the last modified timestamp of the file changes. Note that changes in files referenced by the template will not trigger a recompile. This means that if your template extends or includes other templates you must touch the file that's being rendered for changes to take effect.
