Basically this is a language independent multilingual English (US & UK), Welsh and any others that can be thought of (help still needed on the translation process) tool. Just 1 button and the whole interface changes language! Free but we are hopeful of gaining enough supporters to make the whole project viable via donations. Try it, you'll like it!
