(like the WIT-S300 shown in the photo on the project icon) and produces a CSV-formatted output with the extracted data to stdout (gets printed to the console if not directed otherwise).

The PUMA Repository is a collection of Pascal units for medical informatics. It contains reusable source code for a wide field of health-care application development. The code includes a support engine for the European Data Format (EDF and EDF+), converting functions for units of measurement and an HL7 engine.
PUMA is compatible with Lazarus and Free Pascal. Some of the units also support other Pascal implementations including Delphi, winsoft Pocket Studio and other compilers.
bruread is a program to read and display NMR data in the Bruker XWIN-NMR format. The program has a command-line interface and a graphic display based on gnuplot. - Note that this is only an NMR spectrum *viewer*, not a full-fledged data evaluation suite

DicomReader is a simple Java Dicom files decipher. It handles headers and images within as well; data (headers and pixel-value images) will be saved into ascii clear text files. A pgm version of the image files is also provided.
