Collection of utilities based on two basics classes: Matematica and VarData. Matematica) performs math operations on vectors and matrices for smoothing, interpolation, convolution, image processing... VarData) manipulate a structure of points connected by links. Addraw) openGL engine. ElPoly) analyze mechanical properties of polymer and membrane like structures. Addyn) perform molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo simulations and has a solver for 4th oder PDE. Avvis) perform all the operation of Matematica on different sets of data visualized on a Qt graphical interface. DrImage) image manipulation on the Matematica filters. The program is intended to use as less as possible external libs (optional: openGL, gsl, fftw, cgal, png, tiff, boost, MPI, Qt...).

Apache Doris is a modern MPP analytical database product. It can provide sub-second queries and efficient real-time data analysis. With it's distributed architecture, up to 10PB level datasets will be well supported and easy to operate. Apache Doris can meet various data analysis demands, including history data reports, real-time data analysis, interactive data analysis, and exploratory data analysis. Make your data analysis easier! Support standard SQL language, compatible with MySQL protocol. The main advantages of Doris are the simplicity (of developing, deploying and using) and meeting many data serving requirements in a single system. Doris mainly integrates the technology of Google Mesa and Apache Impala, and it is based on a column-oriented storage engine and can communicate by MySQL client.

BigPlg allows the collection of the IPv4 Internet routing table which may be viewed by service providers and/or ISP customers to validate IP routing across autonomous systems. Routing updates may also have attributes aliased to become (graph) readable. This function exists to allow the exporting of RIB updates to Splunk, or any such data collector. A beneficial side-effect of collecting BGP routing information is the ability to track BGP updates/events local or remote(upstream). To analyze events Splunk is supported. A JSON/Socket API is currently under development. Custom graphs can be easily implemented if taken the time to do so. There's certainly no need to rely on Splunk if one developed another way of displaying data. This project is meant to be nothing more than a route collector, and it's interface is solely CLI(command line interface). This project does not have graph data "out of the box".

BIL++ is a set of standalone C++ packages for data processing in Bioinformatics (Graph mining, Bayesian networks, Genetic algorithm, Discretization, Gene expression data analysis, Hypothesis testing).

BigBang/Horizon is a proteomics data analysis pipeline with focus on the shotgun LC/MSMS workflow.

A collection of tools for working with the comparative data analysis ontology including import/export facilities for common phylogenetic file formats, and also a triple-store framework.

CT4AM is a cross-platform toolkit for 3D-image processing in the domain of additive manufacturing for toolpath visualisation or correlation to tomographic data and related materials science. It is written in C++ and provides small, problem-specific applications for viewing, analysing and visualising of volumetric data from micro-CT scans with respect to the complex process parameters and characteristics of additive manufacturing. Moreover, data analysis and processing of G-code are key assets of the project. The main objective is not to provide yet another complex application for volume data visualization and medical image processing. Instead, CT4AM is a collection of small and simple apps that have already been successfully used to solve various problems in materials science and process visualization. You can either execute these tools directly or use their source codes to develop your own application for toolpath analysis or correlation.

High-Speed external PAC-PLL hardware option with digital DSP link. Based on several hardware options it supports a commercially available DSP hardware and provided also Open Source Code for all the low level signal processing tasks and instrument controls in a most flexible and adaptable manner. GEDAS is a software to perform microarray data analysis with friendly user interface and convenient data display. Currently some commonly used data clustering algorithms have been implemented in this software.

GnuTek analyses structural geology data. Data can be displayed in stereographic projections (Schmidt net) as great circles or pole points. Data analysis comprises counting of pole density, isoline figures and various 3-dim. statistics.

KeplerDB is a temporal database to store time/value entries where the type of value could be integer, float/double, boolean and string. KeplerDB is dedicated to be scalable and to create clusters of server allowing the user to analyse and store massing amount of data to monitor systems like computers, clusters, building and captors or financial systems like markets and accounts. The user can use KeplerDB to make data analysis on enormous amount of data (statistics and modelling).

LaCor is intended for physical data analysis in High Energy Physics field. It was originally designed to aid in lambda hyperon correlations research in the Selex@FNAL experiment, but it should be useful for similar studies.

LoL Champ Stats is a free application for collecting and analyzing your League of Legends game data. Currently, we support summoners on NA, EUW and EUWE, but have plans to expand to other regions as RIOT's API allows. Latest Code in GitHub: https://github.com/aquaskyline/MICA-aligner To better utilize MIC-enabled computers for NGS data analysis, we developed a new short-read aligner MICA that is optimized in view of MIC’s limitation and the extra parallelism inside each MIC core. Experiments on aligning 150bp paired-end reads show that MICA using one MIC board is ~4.85 times faster than the CPU-(multi-core)-based BWA-MEM and about the same speed as the GPU-based SOAP3-dp. Furthermore, MICA’s simplicity allows very efficient scale-up when multiple MIC boards are used in a node (3 cards gives a 14-fold speedup over 6-core BWA-MEM).
