    AI learning

    AI learning

AiLearning, data analysis plus machine learning practice

We actively respond to the Research Open Source Initiative (DOCX) . Open source today is not just open source, but datasets, models, tutorials, and experimental records. We are also exploring other categories of open source solutions and protocols. I hope you will understand this initiative, combine this initiative with your own interests, and do what you can. Everyone's tiny contributions, together, are the entire open source ecosystem. We are iBooker, a large open-source community,...

    SmartRoot

    SmartRoot

    Semi-automated root image analysis software

SmartRoot is a semi-automated image analysis software which streamlines the quantification of root growth and architecture for complex root systems. The software combines a vectorial representation of root objects with a powerful tracing algorithm which accommodates to a wide range of image source and quality. The software supports a sampling-based analysis of root system images, in which detailed information is collected on a limited number of roots selected by the user according to specific research requirements. SmartRoot is an operating system independent freeware based on ImageJ and uses cross-platform standards (XML, SQL, Java) for communication with data analysis softwares. ...

    MS-ML Studio

Free and Open-Source Tool for Mass Feature Extraction

Mass spectrometer is a useful tool for biochemistry research field analysis. It is used to identify microorganisms, protein, chemical compounds and complex diseases by blood analysis. There is many tools and libraries to handle different steps of mass spectrometry (MS) data analysis. However, the integration of all these tools lacks user friendly approaches. We developed a machine learning solution capable to handle all steps of MS data analysis. The ML-MS Tool is an free software that...

    chipexo

model based analysis of ChIP-exo data

...MACExo has the following four steps: 1) sequencing data normalization and bias correction; 2) signal consolidation and noise reduction; 3) single nucleotide resolution border detection using Chebyshev Inequality; and 4) border matching using Gale-Shapley’s stable matching algorithm. When applied to yeast Reb1 and human CTCF ChIP-exo data, MACE is able to define TFBSs with higher sensitivity, specificity and spatial resolution, as evidenced by multiple criteria, such as motif enrichment, sequence conservation, nucleosome positioning, and open chromatin states.

    TrackXY

    TrackXY

Track & log x & y displacement, in realtime, of object in webcam

Track, in realtime, horizontal and vertical displacement of object in webcam. Log timestamp, x and y to comma-separated value (.csv) file importable to spreadsheet. Uses Lukas-Kanade algorithm and based on lkdemo.cpp in OpenCV, stripped down to track single point in high contrast against a uniform background. Based on the BSD licensed OpenCV, TrackXY also has BSD-style license. I am a bit embarrassed to be posting this here, because it's such a rudimentary program, but I couldn't find any other ready-made program that would track an object in real-time from webcam, other than an $80 special-purpose program used in the original (torsion balance) experiment we were replicating. ...
