    RFC3161 compatible Time Stamping Authority (TSA). Install instructions: 1. Download and extract to DocumentRoot directory 2. Download tsa_test.sql (only if not included) 3. Create MySQL database. - Import tsa_test.sql - create user and grant access to tsa database (default "tsa_test") with Global privileges 4.
