This project is devoted to provide a simple software layer for digital signature, when an hardware cryptographic token is required. The default implementation tries to comply as strictly as possible with the italian law digital signature directives.

EasyJCE provides an easy to use interface for encrypting, decrypting, and hashing data for transmission or storage using the Java Cryptographic Extension (JCE). A set of Hibernate user types is included to transparently integrate encryption into the data layer in a JPA/Hibernate environment, ensuring data is persisted in its encrypted form while obscuring encryption and decryption logic from application code. EasyJCE supports most algorithms implemented for the JCE, including those provided by third-party encryption service providers. Integrated MAC (Message Authentication Code) support can optionally be used to ensure data integrity and indicate possible data tampering. EasyJCE also provides basic encoding and decoding facilities for transmitting encrypted binary data through mediums which are limited to printable ASCII characters, such as email messages or URL's.

ShredBitz is a free and simple file shredder tool that can wipe selected files from any hard disk drive. ShredBitz is written in the java programming language and uses a custom written algorithm for shredding. ShredBitz is a very powerful tool.

Halimede is a simple to use Certificate Authority. It supports multiple CA (Certificate Authorities) from a single interface, with each CA is stored within it's own datastore instance. Halimede supports a large range of public key ciphers, including RSA, DSA, ECDSA (NIST/SEC/ANSI X9.62/Brainpool Curves), EdDSA (ED25519/ED448), GOST R34.10, DSTU 4145-2002 and numerous Post-Quantum Ciphers including Rainbow, SPHINCS-256, XMSS/XMSS-MT and qTESLA for X509 Certificate generation. Halimede is available as either a Standalone Application, as a Plugin for the Eclipse IDE, or can be integrated with any other Eclipse e4 RCP based application.

Hash is fast and simple java utility program for calculating and verifying checksums for files and text. Hash can generate MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512 checksum values.

GDigiDoc is a GUI frontend built with GTKMM for DigiDoc (alias OpenXAdES - http://www.openxades.org) library allowing users to create digitally signed documents and verify signatures of other users. Signatures follow the XAdES (alias ETSI TS 101 903) and

HashSum is a .NET port from GNU's md5sum and sha1sum. It supports: hash algorithm selection between MD5 and SHA1 (more could be added later) and compatibility between HashSum and GNU's checksum file format

MyPGP provides a graphical user interface for pgp encryption and signing. It is fully compatible with OpenPGP, and GnuPG. It relies on BouncyCastle libraries for the cryptographic primitives. It uses file system folders to store keys, either single or key rings, organized as a nested tree of folders. It can also create lists of keys for bulk operations.
