PGP Individual UID Signer makes signing all the UIDs on all of the keys at a PGP Keysigning party much simpler. It prompts for verification fingerprints, and then signs each UID on each key separately and PGP/Mime encrypt-emails them to their recipient.

sha3sum - A demonstration of the Keccak permutation.
Hash mode interface to the Keccak code package. This program illustrates the use of the Keccak permutation. Usage is much more than a hash function. The NIST compatible settings are subject to change when they publish FIPS PUB 180-5. I wrote this program when evaluating the permutation and developing tree hashing for the Intel(R) MIC architecture.
A program to generate random reciprocal bigram tables
A command-line program to encrypt/decrypt a message using a random reciprocal bigram table and write a bigram table to a text file.
Executing the program without any command-line arguments starts bigram in message encryption/decryption mode. The program prompts for a password or passphrase and a message to encrypt/ decrypt. After the message is entered the ciphertext is displayed.
