Vigen is a Unicode UTF-8 multi-pass rotation encryption system based on the classic Tableau de Vigenère. Vigen is an experiment using this particular cypher, intended for those who are interesting in building their own encryption tables. Vigen can generate exceedingly strong rotation cyphers that are probably unbreakable without the given keys and tables.
