RHash (Recursive Hasher) is a console utility for computing and verifying hash sums of files. It supports CRC32, CRC32C, MD4, MD5, SHA1, SHA256, SHA512, SHA3, AICH, ED2K, DC++ TTH, BTIH, Tiger, GOST R 34.11-2012, RIPEMD-160, HAS-160, EDON-R, and Whirlpool.
A command-line utility for calculating and verifying file checksums.
Digest is a command-line utility which can be used to calculate and verify checksums of any files, similar to md5sum or RHash, but using modern hash algorithms. Supported algorithms: BLAKE, BLAKE2, Grøstl, JH, Kupyna, MD5, SHA-1, SHA-2, SHA-3, Skein, SM3, Streebog, Whirlpool.
Usage:
digest [-c] <algorithm> <filename(s)>
For example, if you want to calculate the checksums using skein512/256 algorithm, use this command:
digest skein512/256 * > checksums.skein

Open-Hashtool is an easy2use Qt based application, which can be used to calculate the hash (MD4; MD5; SHA-1; SHA-224; SHA-256; SHA-384; SHA-512; SHA3-224; SHA3-256; SHA3-386; SHA3-512) of texts and files.
It's compatible with Windows and Linux. But Linux users need Qt5.1 or Wine (configuration: Windows Version <= Windows 2008) to run the Open-Hashtool.
Please read the Wiki for compiling instructions.
It's a cross platform utility designed for performing various checksumming activities. It supports verity of standards including ADLER-32, CRC-32, MD2, MD5, MURMUR-32, MURMUR-128, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384, SHA-512 and SIPHASH24. Also generated results can be validated within the application. Results can be saved to a text file format. It can batch process folders as well. This tool requires Java Run-time Environment 7 or higher to use.
HTTPBrute is used to calculate HTTP Digest Access Authentication as per RFC 2617. The tool will be able to perform brute force attacks to retrieve a lost password for a given Authentication response. MD5 is the only hashing algorithm implemented.
A program to calculate and verify checksums of multiple files with wizard-like GUI. Supports 12 hashes: CRC32, MD2, MD4, MD5, SHA1, SHA2, RIPEMD,Whirlpool, ED2K, AICH, Tiger, TTH. Allows processing of nested directories and updating of checksum files

Shasummer is a SHA hashsum utility in Java. It can calculate SHA1, SHA256 and SHA512 hashes of a file or of a directory (and its subdirectories) and verify the hashes later. Shasummer has a graphical and a command-line interface.
CryptoHawk can calculate hashes (md2,md4,md5,sha-1,sha-256 and hmac). It can also perform cryptanalysis like frequency analysis for substutition cipher and exhaustive key search for rotation cipher, as well as searching internet databases for md5 hashes.
Md5some aims to be a clone of the Gnu md5sum utility, which the additional (and seemingly unique) feature of being able to directly calculate the md5sum of a CD under Windows. It's written in C and builds on Gnu/Linux and Cygwin/Windows.
SysK allows to crypt text by using system informations calculate the algorithm.
For each user, the crypt algo will be different.
It's written in C language for Linux x86.
The objective is to allows it to crypt streams, binaries and more.
