This is a plugin for the CKEditor. It is to assign anchor tags the onclick='_gaq.push' code to the tag and allow the user to input the information easily. This plugin requires the google analytics to be pre- installed on the page. There is no check for the code to be present, as it should be typically installed in the header or footer.
