    MANOOL

    MANOOL

Programming language with expressive power and a simple implementation

MANOOL is a practical, homoiconic, dynamic, multiparadigm general-purpose programming language with a functional core. It has high expressive power but is implemented in less than 10K LOC of optimized, idiomatic C++11 for native run-time environments. MANOOL is meant to compare and compete directly with Python, PHP, Ruby, Perl, and Tcl, although incidentally it has some combination of unusual features. Example: {{extern "manool.org.18/std/0.2/all"} in WriteLine[Out; "Hello,...

    Lexical Analyzer Generator Quex

    Lexical Analyzer Generator Quex

Generator of lexical analyzers in C and C++. Unicode Supported.

The goal of this project is to provide a generator for lexical analyzers of maximum computational efficiency and maximum range of applications. This includes the support for Unicode (UTF8, UTF16, ...) and a large variety of other encodings directly and via nested converters such as ICU(tm) and IConv. Sophisticated buffer handling allows to operate on plain file streams, on sockets, or manually fed buffer content. 'Ready-to-build' examples explain related concepts and facilitate practical...

From PEG to a practical parser

Transcribe Parsing Expression Grammar into a parser written in Java.

Tool to transcribe Parsing Expression Grammar into a parser written in Java. Parsing Expression Grammar (PEG) is a way to specify recursive-descent parsers with limited backtracking. The use of backtracking lifts the LL(1) restriction usually imposed by top-down parsers. In addition, PEG can define parsers with integrated lexing. Unlike some existing parser generators for PEG, the tool does not produce a complex and storage-hungry "packrat parser", but a collection of transparent...

    SPL Compiler

A low-level system programming language with high-level syntax

A new system programming language designed to occupy the same niche C is currently holding, that allows for easier development of large platform-independent systems. The aims are to: * Keep all of C's system programming strengths. * Be as efficient as C (at run-time) and as high-level as possible for the programmer. * Promote modularity and ease the development of large-scale component-based software. * Enable programming-by-contract and other high-level features (as long as...

    Intel 486 XPL Compiler

XPL Compiler for Intel 486 in 32-bit mode

XPL is a dialect of PL/1 documented in the book "A Compiler Generator" by McKeeman, Horning and Wortman, published by Prentice-Hall, 1970, ISBN 13-155077-2. In 1996 David E. Bodenstab ported the compiler to the Intel 486 running on FreeBSD Unix. In 2020 Daniel E. Weaver ported the compiler to Linux. As of November 2020 the Linux port runs on both Linux and the Apple MAC. However Apple has deprecated the 32 bit mode of the Intel processors. This XPL compiler is not compatible with 64 bit execution. Building this compiler requires the XPL to C translator written by Daniel Weaver which can be found here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/xpl-compiler/

    gluon

    gluon

A static, type inferred and embeddable language written in Rust

Gluon is a static, type inferred and embeddable language written in Rust. Gluon is a small, statically-typed, functional programming language designed for application embedding. Static typing makes it easier to write safe and efficient interfaces between gluon and the host application. Type inference ensures that types rarely have to be written explicitly giving all the benefits of static types with none of the typing. Marshalling values to and from gluon requires next to no boilerplate,...

    JPHP

    JPHP

JPHP - an implementation of PHP on Java VM

...We develop a new IDE for beginners like Game Maker or Scirra Construct. It's based on JPHP, JavaFX, Java 8, and Gradle, and allows to creation of desktop games and apps for Linux, Windows, and Mac (maybe Android and other platforms in the future). JPHP is not a replacement for the Zend PHP engine or Facebook HHVM. We don’t plan to implement the zend runtime libraries (e.g. Curl, PRCE, etc.) for JPHP. PHP 7.1+ (and many language features from PHP 7.2, 7.3, 7.4). JIT (~2.5x faster PHP 5.6, ~1.1x faster PHP 7.0, ~13% slower than PHP 7.4, bench). ...

    Freebasic Beginners Guide

An updated Beginners guide to FreeBASIC

The purpose of this project is to create and update a beginners guide to FreeBASIC. Over the years I have noticed that there was only three real ways to learn FreeBASIC. The FreeBASIC Documentation, the FreeBASIC Community Forum, and A old beginners guide written by Richard D. Clark and Ebben Feagan. Each of these sources are great, but they all assume some experience with a programming language. This Project is taking Richard D. Clark's and Ebben Feagan's "A Beginner's Guide to...

    Hikari

    LLVM Obfuscator

All releases prior to and including LLVM8 are signed using this PGP Key from Naville. Verifiable on his Keybase. Security is not now, and will never be based purely on Obscurity. The "Security Companies" might say so to sell more of their products. But no, binary obfuscation won't magically fix all your exploits and bugs, (If not introducing more). Designing an Obfuscator is hard, and keeping the source open definitely leaks the pattern to crackers which could potentially make the crackers'...

    electron-webpack

    electron-webpack

Scripts and configurations to compile Electron applications

Modern web development practices today require a lot of setup with things like webpack to bundle your code, babel for transpiling, eslint for linting, and so much more that the list just goes on. Unfortunately, when creating electron applications, all of that setup just became much more difficult. The primary aim of electron-webpack is to eliminate all preliminary setup with one simple install so you can get back to developing your application.
