Soapical is nothing! We are attempting to create a methodology towards reusable components (similar to attempts like GATE, SiSSA, OAA), except that we are instead trying to get something scotched together from pre-existing, generic standards (SOAP, etc)
Basically a threaded message board written in Java. Nothing too fancy, but we'd like to be able to have an easy to install and use comment board. Email and IM don't quite cut it for us.
