Lightweight, modern, flexible and well-customisable cross-platform multi-protocol instant messaging client
A fork of the TiK AIM client focused on migration to the TOC2 or OSCAR protocol.
A fork of pidgin which aims to provide minor features that have not been addressed by the pidgin development team (including manual textbox resizing). See funpidgin.sf.net for details.
This is a place where I can share current projects I'm working on. Most code found here is beta at best, but will hopefully be useful to someone other than myself. Current work is related to TiK and TiK packages.
MiniTik is a minimalist AOL Instant Messenger client written in Tcl/Tk. MiniTik evolved directly from Tik 0.75 (the last AOL release) and continues the legacy of the minimalist patch that I started early in Tik's open-source development cycle.
OpenAOL is an open source AOL IM client written in tcl and very portable. This project was first started by AOL in the Tik Client. Sadly, this project seems to have been abandoned by AOL and Tik .
Non-core plugins and other packages related to the TiK Instant Messenger Client. To begin with, only two modules are defined: tikpkgs (for packages and plugins that are add-ons) and tiklang (for i18n language translation upgrades to the core TiK)
TiK is an open source AOL IM client written in tcl and very portable. It was originally developed as an alternative to java AIM for UNIX users. Sadly, this project seems to have been abandoned by AOL. This site will be used for further development of Tik.
