This is a simple command line tool for breaking up large files. You get to select what size you want the smaller files to be. Then you can merge them. I compiled it for Win32. At the moment its simple command line tool to create nice looking schematic libraries in kicad. I hope that it would be usefull for someone. dont need to click anything just write/paste pin names and thats it.
