AutoGen is designed to generate text files containing repetitive text with varied substitutions. Its goal is to simplify the maintenance of programs that contain large amounts of repetitious text, especially when needed in parallel tables.

It generates a recursive automaton text file to be parsed with the tools included in the librfa (http://fsvieira.com) project, that is able to generate to other formats/languages (C/C++, graphviz, ...)

The converter performs automatically the full process of converting the files of a C project into the equivalent C++ files. Classes are created, var and functions becomes attributes and methods and the changes are propagated into all files.
