{fmt} is an open-source formatting library providing a fast and safe alternative to C stdio and C++ iostreams. The format API is similar in spirit to the C printf family of function but is safer, simpler and several times faster than common standard library implementations. The format string syntax is similar to the one used by str.format in Python. The library is fully type safe, automatic memory management prevents buffer overflow, errors in format strings are reported using exceptions or at compile time. The library produces compact per-call compiled code. The library is highly portable and relies only on a small set of C++11 features, like variadic templates, type traits, rvalue references, decltype, trailing return, types, deleted functions, alias templates. These are available in GCC 4.8, Clang 3.0, MSVC 19.0 (2015) and more recent compiler version. For older compilers use {fmt} version 4.x which is maintained and only requires C++98. -

Reformats Java source code to comply with Google Java Style
google-java-format is a program that reformats Java source code to comply with Google Java Style. The formatter can act on whole files, on limited lines, on specific offsets, passing through to standard-out (default) or altered in-place. There is no configurability as to the formatter's algorithm for formatting. This is a deliberate design decision to unify our code formatting on a single format. The formatter can be used in software that generates java to output more legible java code. Just include the library in your maven/gradle/etc. configuration. A google-java-format IntelliJ plugin is available from the plugin repository. To install it, go to your IDE's settings and select the Plugins category. Click the Marketplace tab, search for the google-java-format plugin, and click the Install button. -

Buildifier supports the following file types: BUILD, WORKSPACE, .bzl, and default, the latter is reserved for Starlark files buildifier doesn't know about (e.g. configuration files for third-party projects that use Starlark). The formatting rules for WORKSPACE files are the same as for BUILD files (both are declarative and have stricter formatting rules), and default files are formatted similarly to .bzl files, allowing more flexibility. Neoformat uses a variety of formatters for many filetypes. Currently, Neoformat will run a formatter using the current buffer data, and on success, it will update the current buffer with the formatted text. On a formatter failure, Neoformat will try the next formatter defined for the filetype. By using getbufline() to read from the current buffer instead of file, Neoformat is able to format your buffer without you having to :w your file first. Also, by using setline(), marks, jumps, etc. are all maintained after formatting. Neoformat supports both sending buffer data to formatters via stdin, and also writing buffer data to /tmp/ for formatters to read that do not support input via stdin. If a formatter is either not configured to use stdin, or is not able to read from stdin, then buffer data will be written to a file in /tmp/neoformat/, where the formatter will then read from. -

SwiftFormat is a code library and command-line tool for reformatting Swift code on macOS or Linux. SwiftFormat goes above and beyond what you might expect from a code formatter. In addition to adjusting white space, it can insert or remove implicit self, remove redundant parentheses, and correct many other deviations from the standard Swift idioms. Many programmers have a preferred style for formatting their code, and others seem entirely blind to the existing formatting conventions of a project. When collaborating on a project, it can be helpful to agree on a common coding style, but enforcing that manually is tedious and error-prone, and can lead to arguments if some participants take it more seriously than others. It can modify line breaks before, during and after code blocks; it can perform text wrapping and paragraph line break removal. It can also perform string-based and regex-based substitutions/replacements. The script is customizable through its YAML interface. latexindent.exe is a standalone executable file that does not require a perl installation. A nice way to test the script is to navigate to the test-cases directory, and then run the command (on Linux/Mac -- sorry, a Windows test-case version is not available) -

Currently CMOC does not support linking, so, I've written front end tools which edit CMOC's output so that it can be assembled and linked via LWTOOL's.
