Creates a tray icon to perform Windows clipboard conversion and management. Modeled after KClipper. Conversion of formatted text to pain text and maintain a reusable history are the main features. (Note: Due to the addition of the clipboard watcher (C++ DLL) I could not get it to work on Windows XP. With the correct build options, it might work on XP.)
