This Java software implements Profile Hidden Markov Models (PHMMs) for protein classification for the WEKA workbench. Standard PHMMs and newly introduced binary PHMMs are used. In addition the software allows propositionalisation of PHMMs.
3-layer neural network for regression and classification with sigmoid activation function and command line interface similar to LibSVM.
Quick Start: "java -jar nen.jar"
An artificial neural network, currently specialized to save a specific bit pattern, mainly by changing the signal propagation delays in links. More features, variables and algorithms will be added in time.

MongoDB Atlas gives you the freedom to build and run modern applications anywhere—across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. With global availability in over 115 regions, Atlas lets you deploy close to your users, meet compliance needs, and scale with confidence across any geography.
TestEl is a Java-based learning analyzer for HTML (and possibly other) structured documents. It can be trained to detect structures in such documents and renders hits in XML.
This is yet another digital image manager. After using many other fine manager applications I found some things I wanted in an image manager that didn't exist in just one manager so I tried to create one that had all the features that I liked in one manager.
One notable feature is the meta data or tags are stored in the image file itself so that when you move your image library the metadata and all the tagging work you did goes with the images.
It is not perfect but it has been in use...
OpenSkyNet - Moving towards a comprehensive artificial intelligence solution for game developers under the LGPL. The goals are to implement action selection solvers, robust steering behaviors (including pathfinding algorithms), and machine learning.
SIET, the Simple Image Editing ( Editor ) Tool, is a simple-to-use, handy and free application for such tasks as resizing, cropping, retouching, watermarking, etc... Batch processing is also provided. Because is OS Independent, written in an interpreted language, SIET can run on any platform that has a java virtual machine available. Tested on: Windows 7, Windows XP, Linux Ubuntu, Linux Mint.
This project is devoted to the creation of an open source Error-Correcting Output Codes (ECOC) library for the MachineLearning community. The ECOC framework is a powerful tool to deal with multi-class categorization problems.
This is a Java API binding of the IEEE LTSC LOM (Learning Object Metadata) specification. It defines an implementation neutral Java interface for the LOM, as well as providing a default implementation of that interface, and XML marshalling functionality
This RapidMiner-plugin consists of operators for feature selection and classification - mainly on high-dimensional (microarray-) data - and some helper-classes/operators.
The National STEM Distributed Learning (NSDL) program is a national network dedicated to advancing STEM teaching and learning for all learners in both formal and informal settings.
TextMarker is now developed and hosted at Apache UIMA (http://uima.apache.org/textmarker.html). TextMarker is a UIMA-based tool for information extraction and more. The full featured editor of the rule language and the build process of UIMA descriptors are complemented with components for visualization, explanation, testing and rule learning.
Cougar Squared is a new Javalibrary for machinelearning and data mining research, supporting research needs of the community. It is written by researchers for researchers. It extends the WEKA and YALE machinelearning frameworks.
Feating constructs a classification ensemble comprising a set of local models. It is effective at reducing the error of both stable and unstable learners, including SVM. For details see the paper at http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/s10994-010-5224-5.
This is a java project setup as a learning exercise. This project will be used to track various details of home brew. It will start very simple and evolve over time.
