    TOPCEE

    TOPCEE

Python GUI tool for estimating plant CAPEX, OPEX, and profitability

TOPCEE (Toyese Oyegoke Process Cost & Economic Evaluator) is a GUI-based Python application designed to assist chemical engineers, researchers, and students in evaluating the profitability of chemical/process plants. The app calculates capital and operational expenditures (CAPEX & OPEX) and provides key profitability metrics such as: **ROI (Return on Investment) **IRR (Internal Rate of Return) **NPV (Net Present Value) **Payback Period (Discounted and Non-Discounted) **Benefit-Cost Ratios Users input plant-specific values like feedstock costs, operating time, product price, and equipment cost — and the tool generates real-time visualizations and results. ...

    JRC QSAR Model Database

    JRC QSAR Model Database

    (Q)SAR Model Reporting Format Inventory

...To help meet these needs, the JRC QSAR Model Database is established and freely accessible through http://qsardb.jrc.ec.europa.eu/qmrf The QSAR Model Reporting Format (QMRF) is a harmonised template for summarising and reporting key information on QSAR models, including the results of any validation studies. The information is structured according to the OECD validation principles. Download the QMRF Editor in order to describe your models in QMRF format and send the descriptions to JRC-COMPUTOX@ec.europa.eu to have them included in the database. binana

BINANA (BINding ANAlyzer) is a python-implemented algorithm for analyz

BINANA (BINding ANAlyzer) is a python-implemented algorithm for analyzing ligand binding. The program identifies key binding characteristics like hydrogen bonds, salt bridges, and pi interactions. As input, BINANA accepts receptor and ligand files in the PDBQT format. PDBQT files can be generated from the more common PDB file format using the free converter provided with AutoDockTools. As output, BINANA describes ligand binding. NOTE: The latest version of BINANA is now hosted at http://git.durrantlab.com/jdurrant/binana . ...

    ParaSim

    ParaSim

    Parallelized calculation of molecular similarities

Diversity assessments and comparisons of large compound databases require calculating similarities of millions of compounds in an affordable time. ParaSim addresses this challenge by parallelizing the calculations according to the number of computing cores available on a single machine. It is optimized for the throughput of very large numbers of query structures against very large numbers of reference structures. As as special feature, ParaSim allows to store and and to access frequently...
