    ...NESSIE is an electronic structure code that uses a real-space FEM discretization and domain-decomposition (DD) to perform all-electron ground-state DFT and real-time excited-state TDDFT calculations. The code is written to take advantage of multilevel parallelisms of the FEAST eigenvalue solver to target systems containing many distributed-memory compute nodes. The real space mesh is generated using the software tetgen.

To prepare new fragments you need BuildingFragments_1.0.1.zip and the scripts for MD simulations are in MD-Scripts_1.0.1.zip. SMoG2016.tar.gz allows to compute a score with the newly developed function (J. Chem. Inf. Mod., http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/acs.jcim.6b00610).     The Stereo Signature Molecular Descriptor

    An algorithm to compute molecular graph descriptors considering the stereochemistry of the molecular structure, based on our previously introduced signature molecular descriptor. The algorithm can generate two types of descriptors, one which is compliant with the Cahn-Ingold-Prelog priority rules, and a faster one based on our previous definition of a directed acyclic graph that isaugmented to a chiral molecular graph.

    ParaSim

    Parallelized calculation of molecular similarities

    ...As as special feature, ParaSim allows to store and and to access frequently queried datasets as persistant objects in memory for short response times. ParaSim calculates chemical similarities based on binary structural fingerprints. It does not compute fingerprints by itself but relies on third party software to do so. Basically, all types of structural fingerprints which can be stored in an array of bits (a bitset) can be used by ParaSim.
